"The hotel is in a prime location. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast has a lots of choice and delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious with fridge kettle and coffee machine . We didn’t use the spa but looked great. The pool has amazing views and great pool bar . The bao buns are especially tasty . Would 100% return and recommend to anyone."

"We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel...

"Excellent two bedroom apartment in excellent location. Conveniently located just across from the cathedral and at the bottom of one of the main streets in Palma town. The accommodation is light and spacious. Fitted out very well. Both bathrooms are very modern and everything in the apartment is super clean and of good quality. Even the entrance way up to the apartment is nice. I would stay here again and definitely recommend as a good base for exploring Palma. We also had coffee pods provided...

"The property is conveniently positioned on Av, de Jaume 111 with a very discreet entrance. The room was clean, air conditioned and well appointed. The staff were all friendly and organised taxi's and offered advice when asked. We thought that the hotel restaurant food was good but wasn't as good value as local restaurants - a 5 minutes walk gets you into areas with more eateries than you will ever need. We used a taxi (20€) to transfer from the airport but there is a bus which stops just...

"We upgraded to Red Level, which was worth it because of the room upgrade, breakfast was included and the lounge facilities that included free drinks (beers, cava, wines and soft drinks with nibbles) and tapas from 1700-1900 each day. We had a great view of the marina, bay and the cathedral in the distance. Very friendly staff, who were more than helpful. "
