"As always we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and were quickly on to our room, which was spotless. Unfortunately the television was inoperable but within minutes we were moved to another room. The Park Center area really works for us as it has a “tucked away” feel but centrally located just outside city center. Finally, the hot breakfast offerings and dining atmosphere are definitely a step above most other hotels in this price range, from our experience. When in Boise, which is often, we’ll continue staying at the Park Center H I Express, absolutely no reason to go anywhere else unless we some day get priced out. "

"We came for a quick trip and it was perfect for my husband, son and I. Hosts - Amazing! They were friendly and helpful and they were quick to respond. Our stay was short and we didn’t have any issues but I feel that they would do their best to resolve any issues that may arise. The apartment was clean, well furnished and comfortable. The beds were great as were the showers and the balcony view. We didn’t have enough time to enjoy the amenities but we definitely plan to stay again! I would highly recommend this home away from home."
