"Helpful staff, clean rooms and common areas. We loved our room with big windows and a view of the city lights. Everything was very comfortable and had great amenities. We hung out in the lobby where there is a fireplace and bar and people enjoying themselves. It was pretty special to have the arena right there! When I go to a hotel I appreciate and look for cleanliness and atmosphere and comfy beds and bedding. The grove hotel had all of it, and also right in the heart of the city where we wanted to walk around. So wonderful and also affordable. "
"Having reserved parking was nice! We did have to pay for it which I missed when booking but that’s okay. When we were leaving someone in the alley going to what looked like a business behind the hotel parked behind us and blocked us in. But we were able to squeeze out when we realized they weren’t coming anytime soon. There’s a coffee shop that had some food choices and alcoholic and non alcoholic options as well. The room was super cute and the beds were comfy! And the room had bath robes in it! How cool! If I’m ever looking for a hotel in Boise again, I will definitely look here! "
"We stayed here for my boyfriend’s surgery. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful with getting us a room closer to the lobby on the first floor so we didn’t have so far to walk. They had everything we needed for our two night stay. Would recommend and will absolutely stay there again. "
"Highly recommend-visited our son at BSU had him and his friends for dinner and then enjoyed the patio with pool and hot tub. Perfect amenities. Kitchen perfectly stocked to put a meal together. "
