"It was a very nice little cozy cottage. Only suggestion-amenities in the screened porch (electric heater, TV) along with a solid closure that could allow its use during colder times. Not a complaint, we knew what we were getting, simply a suggestion to improve!"

"This property was very clean, nice and the staff was very accommodating. They let us have a laye checkout, and checked in with us when we walked through the lobby. The pool and hot tub area was amazingly clean...i felt very comfortable and slept very well during our stay.We will definitely stay here again. "

"I was pleasantly surprised to see that you could see the water from where we were, it’s a limited view, but still there. The room is quite small but I knew this from the other reviews. I agree with the bed down, there is no room to move around. It suited our needs for a quick weekend away, but wouldn’t be able to do a long week stay there. It is very clean and we appreciated the supplies there for us to use like the bathroom soaps, dish soap and paper towels. It’s a great walk from downtown and is very quiet. Again, wonderful for a weekend overnight but not suited for a long week there since you can’t cook and it would be too cozy. "

"We stayed here with 4 adults, 3 kids, and 2 pups and it was perfect! The dogs loved running around outside in the spacious yard. We had a fire one night and made s'mores. Made use of the hot tub as well. Inside was very clean, well kept and had all the things we needed. We were in the area for a swim meet in Holland. Good distance (about 15-20 mins) from the pool. Loved exploring the area but we were happy to come 'home' tonthe country each night! Loved the e- guide book and the materials left at the house with information in things to do in the area. Go to Oval Beach! You won't regret it! Would stay here again if in the area. Thank you! "
