"I was pleasantly surprised to see that you could see the water from where we were, it’s a limited view, but still there. The room is quite small but I knew this from the other reviews. I agree with the bed down, there is no room to move around. It suited our needs for a quick weekend away, but wouldn’t be able to do a long week stay there. It is very clean and we appreciated the supplies there for us to use like the bathroom soaps, dish soap and paper towels. It’s a great walk from downtown and is very quiet. Again, wonderful for a weekend overnight but not suited for a long week there since you can’t cook and it would be too cozy. "

"Adorable condo with a beautiful setting. Lots of birds and some deer right there. 2 minute drive to downtown Saugatuck. Kitchen is gorgeous. Very spacious and the pics don't do it justice. There's a table on the lower patio perfect for meals that wasn't in listing. Decent beds. Only negative is wall thickness between two of the bedrooms. Would also suggest rental company create a signable pact with neighboring units, as one neighbor was quite loud very late one night. Other than that, perfect!"
