"Difficult to find entrance. Room clean but hallways felt worn and unappealing."

"I stayed there for 9 days, I missed the cleaning room service the second day and after that they never came to clean my room in the 9 days. I had to keep asking and asking for cleaning and never got it, just two receptionist were gentle the others seemed like they were doing me a favor when I asked some questions"

"The room was okay. The tub wasn’t clean. The sitting chair by the window had horrible stains on it. So if you decide to stay for the price take some shower shoes. The staff were super nice and funny. Check in and out was fast and easy. Also, keep in mind if you pay through a third party you will have to pay $100.00 deposit. Rest a sure you’ll get it back once you check out. Ohhh, take some wipes and sanitizing spray to do a little wipe down. "

"There was no hot tub.. the rooms were not clean, there were things left in my dresser from a previous booking, hair in the bed and toilets, food stains on covers, dead and alive bugs on sinks and counters. Bad smells in certain areas"

"Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel is very small and unbelievably loud. The room next door was up all night making noise, and I didn’t sleep at all. I called the front desk multiple times — no answer. I left messages for management — no return call. Completely unprofessional. When I arrived, there were blood drops on the sheets and hard yellow stains on the covers. That is unacceptable. The TV didn’t even work. Between the noise, the filth, and the lack of response from staff, this stay was a disaster. Do not stay here."
