Wave - Modern Villa on the Exmouth Marina with boat mooring.

Wave is a holiday villa rental located on the marina in Exmouth.

A two story quality holiday villa on the canals with a boat mooring, lockable storage shed (marina side) and freezer, and walking distance to the town beaches.

Luxury and quality fit-out are sheer bliss. Three bedrooms upstairs with one king beds and four king singles. There are two main bathrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms include an ensuite the family bathroom has a bath.

Master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in robe is massive! There's a lovely small verandah off the bedroom to catch the morning sun and views. Take a walk into town and pickup your favourite tipple to enjoy on the verandah as the sun goes down.

Please take note that this home is not suitable for very small children as there is an open plan staircase and steps to open water on the canals. We have other holiday homes that are safe for small children.

All linen and bath towels provided. 2 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.

This property is self contained. No pets are allowed on this property. The owner has his Dinghy parked at the property, this is NOT for guest use.

Great house, great location

We stayed in Exmouth for a little over a week and this place was perfect for our family of four. Very clean, well appointed, had everything we needed for cooking in the house and doing our laundry. The location was great for evening and morning walks to the "town beach" and to meet up with our various tours that picked us up at Mantarays Resort. Communication with the property management via email was very easy and very prompt. It was nice to be able to rent beach towels and a cooler for our week's journeys. If we were to ever come back to this beautiful corner of the world we would definitely look into renting this unit and from this company again.

Comfortable and well equipped

The house was perfect for our holiday. We enjoyed the location close to town along with the privacy and comfort of a home from home. It was a great base for us to get to Ningaloo and was equipped with everything we needed.

Broken and dirty

The kitchen sink tap fell off the plates and cutlery had dried food stuck on them and placed back in the cupboards dirty floors and grotty bathrooms over all the house was nice but we had to fix things( kitchen tap) clean dishes and bathroom's the during our stay , steps to the water are extremely slippery very dangerous when the tide comes in

Great location

This property is in a perfect location, less than 5 mins walk to the town beach and on the canals which was very handy for us having a boat. The property was clean and well presented. The levels of basic supplies such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toilet paper etc were quite low so we would have appreciated some more of these items. However, overall our stay was great and we would recommend this property to others.
