Thanks Cyril, we really appreciate your feedback. We apologise that you didn't feel comfortable in the villa. We feel we are very open about the facilities available in the one bedroom studio apartment and apologise if you missed it in the room description. If you had let us know during your stay we may have been able to make amendments to make you more comfortable. Regarding the security deposit, this is a fairly standard requirement for accommodation. In the case of a hotel when you check in a record of you card is taken and in most cases processed. Unfortunately as we do not have a check in counter we do this in line with the conditions on the Authority Form that you completed. The deposit held is in fact a figure up to $500 and in this case was only $200. Unfortunately as we are located very regionally internet has been an ongoing issue as they has been insufficient ports at the exchange to service local residents and service drop outs were common. With the NBN roll out we now have better infrastructure that we are working with to be able to provide this service to our guests. In the meantime we do actively encourage all of our guest to "Switch Off" and enjoy the local attractions and activities. We hope otherwise you enjoyed your stay and come back next time with some time to see what we have to offer.

Thanks Jason, we really hope you enjoyed your stay in our little piece of paradise. WIFI is one of those things we do all expect now. Unfortunately, with the roll out of the NBN, there are no scheduled upgrades planned to the existing network up here. As such there are no available ports at the exchange for us to arrange WIFI. You may have seen reports recently about rural internet and yes it is unbelievable, however there are permanent residents in town that are unable to access internet other than through a mobile device. We apologise for the inconvenience however we are a little stuck until the NBN arrives sometime next year. Everyone in town is looking forward to this upgrade as we currently only have access to ADSL 1 and survival on 1MBPS download speed is challenging at the best of time. We look forward to welcoming you back and hope you had a safe trip home.
