Getaway Villa 38-5 ticks all the boxes. It is a modern, spacious, fully furnished, self-contained 1x1 apartment, within a holiday village. Ideally located in the heart of town, it is a short walk to most attractions. It is comfortable, quiet, and affordable, and the perfect getaway for couples or business people, who wish to see what Exmouth has on offer at a competitive price and a touch of luxury. Free high speed reliable NBN Wi-Fi and parking are available. Babies/toddlers are welcome and catered for.
Property Features:
Apartment is designed for two adults, but babies and toddlers can be catered for on request. Rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. Both heat and sound insulated with split air conditioners and overhead ceiling fans to easily combat very hot days. Living area comprises a full modern kitchen with most appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils, and a comfortable lounge area. Bedroom has a queen bed. Full bathroom also houses a washing machine and drying rack with a shared clothes hoist nearby. Living area furnishings include a dining table and chairs, a 2 lounge chairs and a large TV.

Parking for a car and boat / trailer close by.
All linen and towels are provided except beach towels.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.
Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Fully self-contained unit had everything we could have asked for, and within a few minutes walk of the town centre. Chatting to locals, we realised the historical importance of the building we were in - having once been the mess hall for American military officers, during WWII.
The property was very clean, centrally located and easy to check in and out of. No frills but all the essentials and the lovely Cath helped me back inside in 15 minutes when I locked myself out, stellar service :-)
I can't fault the advertisement. The pictures were accurate too. The washing machine was a plus. Unfortunately, the accommodation was a bit isolated. The cleanliness could be improved.

Coming from the UK for a weeks stay at Exmouth to explore the Ningaloo Reef and Cape Range National Park. The Villa is well located for this provided you have a car. The accommodation was clean and basic, we needed little else as we were out all day every day. The washing machine was very welcome as we had been travelling other parts of the country and running out of clean clothes. The WiFi was fine and we obeyed the rules about only using it for social media and not streaming. Plenty of room for 2 people with a full kitchen/sitting area. Not really enough room to hang clothes, no wardrobe infact. The only problem was communication before our stay to get the code for the key lock box, this could have been smoother, We ended up having to call the office from a call box in Exmouth (UK mobile does not work in Exmouth) to request the code. The location is the main positive as it is walking distance to the bars, restaurants and shops in Exmouth.

We had a late plan change to our trip and called up getaway villas for a bigger place to stay and they sorted us out for 6 nights in there lovely villas well equipped for us for a scuba diving adventures
The accommodation was over priced as the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Can opener didn’t work and our food was tinned. Lock box didn’t work. For the price charged guests should not be asked to clean floors and appliances and put bins out.
