"We had a lovely suite. Huge fridge and freezer which was really useful. Comfy sofa and chairs on lounge and kitchen area. Toiletries were great for sensitive skin which makes a welcome change. Breakfast has a nice variety and it was lovely to be able to help yourself. Furniture could do with a bit of a refurb as drawers didn't shut properly and would be great to have a main light for bedroom area instead of having to walk in dark to find the lamp but these are minor points. Harold who seemed to be on every evening was a credit to the hotel so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much for him. We would visit again if we come back to Nashville. Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Great public transport links and local restaurants around."

"We have never stayed at this hotel, when coming to Nashville. So glad we did. Very nice clean room, staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip."

"It is a beautiful modern property. The beds were comfy and the kitchen set-up very helpful. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Always smiling. We did not like the valet parking set up. People staying in a hotel are usually from elsewhere. We need access to our cars. We are already paying for a hotel room. Add the parking fee to your nightly rate. The gentlemen that worked the valet stand were friendly and professional."

"Located by Music Row, lobby is impressive. Food and drinks at the downstairs lounge were great. Room was large, bathroom was huge. Like the slider provided to divide the bathroom from room. Roof top pool was nice, but gets very crowded. Staff didn't replenish the pool towels often, so common to get into an elevator with wet floors. Overall really nice stay, staff for the most part were helpful and easy to stay engaged."

"Very nice very clean wound. The staff was amazing. Parking (valet) was easy. They were doing some construction so it was a little bit awkward getting in and out. But otherwise would definitely stay at the hotel again."
