"We stayed at Novotel Strasbourg Centre Halles for five nights and chose it mainly for its excellent location. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the Christmas markets and roughly 10 minutes to the main train station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel is also right next to a mall, perfect if you enjoy shopping or just want quick access to stores and food options.
Our room was spacious enough for two adults and four full-sized suitcases, which we really appreciated during a longer stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.
The only downside was the noise level at night. Even though we were on the 5th floor, we could still hear people shouting and talking loudly outside as late as 3 a.m., which made it harder to sleep on some nights.
As expected during the holiday season, the hotel is quite expensive, but if you love Christmas and the festive markets, it’s something you just have to accept.
All in all, a comfortable stay with a fantastic location—just be prepared for some late-night street noise during the busy season."
"The location is perfect—right across from the central train station. The room is small but very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. I also appreciated the efficient and convenient luggage-storage system. They offer self-service lockers where you can store your bags securely using your own code. Overall, a great stay"
"Staff was amazing since our arrival, rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to everything. The tram takes you to the Downtown area and to the Train station. The breakfast buffet is a must."
