Nice hotel, good location. Didn't eat or drink there so cannot comment on that. Room was tidy and clean, beds comfy. The host were extremely helpful and responsive. The cottage was well located for Hay On Wye, it was also well equipped. The only slight negative is the road noise if you aren't used to it.
