A good hotel but some things are not immediately obvious from the property description. The hotel is on a university campus, surrounded by University accommodation. Breakfast is not provided in the hotel itself but in a university cafeteria across the road, but most significantly this may not be open over a weekend, so if you book on a weekend all you may get may be a grab and go breakfast bag. As long as you are aware of this when booking you should be OK as no real criticism of the hotel itself.

I would not stay again, our double bedroom had very tired decor, peeling paint, lots of dust and cobwebs, and overlooked a flat roof/ fire escape. Seems like the room had been slapped with lots of green paint in attempts to modernise it. Not sure how the accommodation can be described as luxury. ...
