1. Occupancy Capacity

The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Any additional guests must be declared and authorised in advance. The rate varies depending on the number of guests (linens, supplies, utilities, etc.).

- Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m., self-check-in, with no time limit.

1. Use of the Premises

Please treat the furniture and equipment provided with care. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately and may result in a claim for compensation. The accommodation must be used in a normal manner and returned in good condition.

2. Cleanliness and Trash

Please sort your trash properly, empty the trash tins before you leave, and do not leave dirty dishes behind. In the event of non-compliance requiring a thorough cleaning, additional fees may be charged.

If there is unusual waste (furniture, suitcases, large boxes, appliances, excess bags, etc.), a waste disposal fee** may be charged. Between €80 and €150, depending on the volume and disposal cost.

3. Respect for the Area

Please avoid causing noise disturbances, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

4. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.

⚠️ If the rental unit smells of cigarette smoke, an air decontamination fee of €114 will be charged.

5. Pets

❌ Pets are not allowed.

If a pet is found in the property or if damage or soiling caused by a pet is detected, a thorough cleaning will automatically be charged.

6. Safety and Responsibilities

Please lock the property and close all doors, windows, and shutters when you are away, in accordance with insurance requirements. The host assumes no liability for theft or loss of personal belongings.

7. Parking

If the property does not have private parking, parking spaces may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. We assume no liability for any damage, manoeuvring difficulties, or misuse. If in doubt, please ask for the dimensions in advance.

8. Use of Equipment and Electricity

The equipment is provided for **normal and reasonable use**. Please use them in accordance with the instructions in the welcome booklet and report any malfunctions.

⚠️ It is strictly prohibited to charge electric vehicles, industrial batteries, or any personal equipment that results in excessive electricity consumption. Any abnormal consumption detected may result in additional charges.

9. Internet and Responsible Use

A Wi-Fi connection is provided free of charge (or a 4G dongle is available for an additional fee upon prior request). Use must be legal and responsible. No compensation will be provided in the event of a service provider outage.

10. Lost and Found

Lost items will be held at the concierge desk for a limited time. Arrangements for their pickup or shipment can be made for an additional fee. Items are shipped only once a month.

11. Departure

Before leaving, please make sure that all appliances are turned off, that the windows and shutters are closed, and that the unit is tidied up in accordance with the instructions in the welcome booklet. The procedures for returning access items (keys, key cards, codes, or electronic devices) are specified in the welcome booklet and must be strictly followed.

12. Penalties

In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, the host reserves the right to file a complaint and seek compensation based on the damages observed.
