First time here and not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised on all counts. Boutique hotel feel with individually decorated rooms. Very cute. “Everyone is a student” is their motto. Stay here, you’ll like it (except the $44 parking valet fee).

Changed room twice. Cockroaches in first room, was told they didnt have another room right then to change us to. The bed, bedding, and pillows were excellent. Very comfortable. We had trouble getting the water warm enough for a shower. The robes are a nice touch.
