The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean. It is located right by a grocery store, gas station and McDonald’s, which was convenient. Breakfast waa simple but good. A pool would make it great.

Trouble with check in … I reserved 2 rooms but when we checked in they only had us for one room for us. We had 5 ppl in our group …. We were able to get 2 extra pillows and blankets and someone slept on floor
We got there after 1 am and the front person was very nice. Everything needed was in the room and the room was really clean. I did not need extra service. For me this is all I ask for! Place was small, cozy, quiet and walkable. Will definitely stay back for relaxing and decompressing.

The property is fine. There is no elevator which is a first world problem. It said breakfast was available. The breakfast room was full of TV boxes. There was a half gallon of milk and cereal though! No coffee. The staff was absent. I only saw an attendant if I rang a bell. They double charged me for the room and tried to argue I didn't pay through expedia even though I presented my receipt. My CC company took care of that. The rooms are clean and the area was quiet.
The shower in the bathroom was growing a new life form. It was gray and fuzzy. The TV in the room didn't work, I had to use my phone as a hot spot to get any service. It kept saying we were not checked in. We got to the hotel at 10:45 pm and had to wake the desk lady. When I called earlier to say it might be after 11 pm when we arrived I was told that she would just leave the key in the room. We were not given the Wi-Fi password and when we stopped by the breakfast and to check out in the morning, again there was no one at the desk. My husband who went outside to smoke four times during our 8 hour stay, never once saw anyone at the desk to ask about the TV or explain about the shower. I would not stay again. Although I do have to say the hot tub in our room was very clean and worked very well. It was nice to have a hot soak after the drive, but neither myself nor my husband was up for trying that shower. It was honestly scary looking.
Our room was exceptionally clean, though the remote for the TV did not work.

It was fine but a little more attention to detail in cleaning. Shower vent had an inch of hair and fuzz, carpets need a good steam cleaning, moss growing in windowsill, and thick layer of dust and dead bugs in the stairwell.
Didn’t stay. Hotel didn’t honor my reservation through Expedia.

I made reservations for this location. It was canceled without me knowing. I called actual location and they confirmed I had no reservation. This morning I have a full charge on my credit card for a stay that was canceled months ago. Our reservation was supposed to be for this past weekend.
Arrived to an empty lobby. Waited thirty minutes. With no reception, guest service response or service. We were not able to check in, nor were we provided a refund or any compensation or response from this company to date. Lobby was dingy, dirty and ate probably better off not staying as to afford malaria

I called the morning of my stay to see if there was an early check in available. When I called they told me they cancelled my reservation. They cancelled due to overbooking. I didn’t receive any email, phone call or anything informing me of the cancellation.
Reserved a room 2 days prior to arrival. Go to check-in and we were told there were no rooms available. Showed the lady our confirmation email and still would not give us a room. There were 3 or 4 other ladies that had the same issue as we did. The lady at the front desk was very rude. I would never recommend staying here

The hotel was overbooked. We drove two hours to get there to find there were zero rooms available and our booked room did not exist. We were not the only people who had been lied to about a room. HORRIBLE experience. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. Very disappointing.
Opened my door~big stain on the carpet.
Curtain pull not working.
No elevator~I am old and was not told.
Cold coffee in thermos.
Very noisy neighbor at midnight~called 0 and no answer so I pounded on their door..
Many numbers online but no direct number to hotel.
No one around at breakfast time so didn’t think it was open.
Never use this motel! They canceled my room and left my family stranded in Wisconsin. I called to guarantee late arrival and found they did not have my reservation. The employee who answered my call was extremely rude and condescending. I asked to speak to someone other than her. She informed me that there wasn’t anyone else.
I read in another review this happened to another customer less than a month ago.
Perhaps you should invest in training your employees to have respect and compassion for customers. Before sending automated emails looking for feedback from your pathetic establishment; one should verify if customers actually stayed there!
Your business is a disgrace! I’ll be sure to tell everyone about your despicable customer service!
