"I never review stuff, but I was honestly so impressed by this hotel. My partner and I had a long and annoying travel day, and after arriving at 2am to a very clean, well appointed hotel room with unlimited complimentary water, it was exactly what I needed. Everything just works, the design of everything is clean, modern, warm, and well maintained. The staff at the front desk also checked us in very quick. They also gave us a late checkout and let use their pool while waiting for our FREE airport shuttle. When traveling it often feels like going outside costs money, so its nice to enjoy some complimentary services and amenities. Well done Hotel101 Madrid."

"The location is good, but it is a very crowded hotel and not sufficient people to serve that many guests. The lobby is always busy. Besides the system to take a number for everything is very inefficient. You have to take a number even to buy a coffee even when nobody is buying coffee"

"Beautiful rooms and hotel. Front desk gave us recommendations on dinner and an activity. AC wasn’t the best. Very comfortable room for a family of 4 and would definitely stay here again!"
