"Desk clerk was rude when we asked about the airport shuttle. No real help at all. Plus I’m seeing a charge on my credit card that looks like for the airport shuttle? I thought this was one of the hotel amenities. Supposed to pick us up and drop us off at the airport"

"The best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport. Simply take the cdgval to terminal 3 and walk outside the terminal. The staff at the check in desk were friendly and helpful. The room itself is basic. A typical ibis. At least one extra towel would be helpful. I had dinner at the Italian place. I think the quality has gone down from my previous visit. Also server was slow and rude."
