"Liked the friendly check-in man who put me at ease. Room was spacious and attractive. Shuttle bus service from airport was easy to find despite being (as far as I could tell) as far from the terminals as you could get. The bar area was very busy and the lady who was managing access asked us to sit nearby and our orders would soon be taken. That’s what happened and we enjoyed our drinks without ever seeing inside the bar."

"The hotel was lovely, and the swimming pool was great. The only slight downside was that it’s not very close to the city centre, which is around 30–40 minutes away. However, there is an underground station just 3 minutes from the hotel, making it easy and convenient to get around."

"Wonderful room on 5th floor overlooking planes, air conditioning most welcome on a very hot day. Easy walk in the morning to the airport, very helpful staff both checking in and out. Peaceful nights sleep, couldn’t fault and will use again when needed."

"Staff at check in was very helpful and even helped me get my luggage upstairs. Very easy to get the CDG train to the airport from here. Runs every 4 minutes, you just have to hop on and it will take you to your terminal."

"We stayed for 2 nights before our flight out of Schiphol. Got the Superior room with double bed and sofa bed on the ground floor. It was very small, and not much space to open luggage, had to do it one at a time but we just made do. It was also my first time to stay in a hotel with no refrigerator in the rooms. It’s good that the butter i was bringing home did not melt. We had another booking for the day after for a smaller room and when i told the front desk guy, he told us we had to check out and move our luggage. On the day of check out, the lady at the front desk, KAREN, made us stay in our room since we had another booking for that night. It made our schedule better cos we did not have to wait for 3pm to check in again. So we had more time in Amsterdam. Thank you to Karen. The free shuttle was a big reason we booked there. But you have to be ready with your luggage as the bus does not have a separate area for it, so it will be with you on the bus. Make sure to check the schedule for the bus to Schipol. Breakfast was basic western, with hams, cheeses, cereals, breads, juices plus coffee and tea."
