"Sun Parc is an okay hotel mainly due to its excellent location if your aim is visiting Europa-Park and Rulantica. It is about 5 minutes from Rulantica and 10 minutes from Europa-Park, making it a convenient and more affordable option for families. The family room size is good, with a double bed and a bunk bed, which worked well for us with children. However, cleanliness needs significant improvement. The bed presentation was poor, with torn bed linen and a large amount of hair on the beds. When lifting the mattress, the area under the bed was extremely dirty, showing a lack of proper cleaning. As there is no carpet, regular cleaning under the beds should be expected.
