Welcome to Tibbs Landing, a cozy two-room suite tucked inside the historic Harken Building on Main Street in downtown Eureka Springs.

Step outside and you’re immediately surrounded by restaurants, galleries, shops, nightlife and historic Eureka Springs. The Tibbs Alley staircase next to the building leads directly toward the heart of the shopping district.

Inside, you’ll have a comfortable queen bedroom, a separate sitting area, a private bathroom, and a small kitchenette.

We provide a few k-cups for your first morning along with sugar and creamers. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay. Or venture to one of the many coffee shops in walking distance.



This upstairs, 2-room suite is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs on Main Street.  It is located in the Harken Lodging building.



Guest Access:

Because Tibbs Landing is located directly in the heart of historic downtown, parking is primarily street parking.

There are metered spaces near the building, and the city currently offers convenient options for longer stays through the Passport Parking app.

Guests have private access to the entire Tibbs Landing suite.

The suite is accessed by stairs from the downtown sidewalk.

There is no private patio or outdoor area associated with this unit.



The Neighborhood:

Tibbs Landing is located in the historic Harken Building.

This is an older downtown building with character.

The suite is comfortable and maintained for each stay, but it retains the character and quirks that come with an older building.

If you love historic buildings, walkable downtowns and places with personality, you’ll appreciate the setting.

That means restaurants, music, pedestrians and nightlife are part of the environment.

Getting Around:

Eureka Springs has a great trolly system, and you are in the heart of the downtown in an Ozark Mountain Town. You will need to climb stairs to access this unit. As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout.  The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property.  We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived, and you are accepting the property with no assurances.



Other Things to Note:

Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.



IMPORTANT - There is no parking provided at this rental. You can find close parking downtown at either a parking meter or a private lot.  There are options to pay for extended periods with an app on your phone for metered spots.
