Excellent accommodations with super communication from the owners. Location is close to downtown but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Bear Mountain Coffee open on Saturday and Sunday was a bonus.
The space was nice and everything was comfortable. The scenery was beautiful! We loved the jacuzzi tubs. The owners had breakfast waiting for us in the refrigerator with eggs, sausage, and biscuits. It helped especially because we forgot to bring breakfast stuff.
Friendly host, clean rooms, comfy beds. Welcome cookies always a plus! They were yummy! There was also some eggs, sausage, and biscuits there in the fridge so we were able to make our own breakfast. Ty
Opening the front door to our weekend stay was like walking into a colonial cabin. The cedar wood smell welcomed us first, followed by the patriotic decor. My teens loved the oversized bathtubs & playing board games at the large table. It was perfectly located East of Eureka Springs. We loved the secluded area, but a short distance from places to eat & shop.

Loved the barndominium cabin. It was very spacious! The bed in the primary bedroom was extremely comfortable as were the pillows.
The only drawback for some might be the car traffic as the property is near 62 highway. The noise didn't bother me at all.
The hot tub on the porch was great and I enjoyed watching the sunset from the cute bench on the porch.
I highly recommend staying at the Presidential cabin.
This is a great place in a good peaceful and scenic location. The barn is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Beds are comfy. A hot tub that was used quite a bit over our long weekend was a plus. A porch with furniture where you could enjoy the scenery. Easy drive into downtown for shopping and great food. We would stay here again!
Property was beautiful. Accommodations were fantastic. Easy access to all we wanted to see. Cleanliness and very thoughtful food items available for us to enjoy any questions or immediately responded to by owners.
Everything was clean and we did not experience any problems. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The gravel drive into the property did create some difficulties for our Corvettes so there may need to be a warning for low riding vehicles.
Very cute place. Overall clean and well kept. The host was very nice. They reached out several times to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything.

This place was wonderful and I would definitely recommend! We found some trash under the bed but that was the only negative aspect, everything else was simply perfection. I would definitely recommend bringing your own pans if you are a cook as it was hard to cook dinner with such tiny pans but it was not a deal breaker whatsoever. This place is so worth it and we would love to stay again!
The property was exactly as advertised. Bedrooms were huge. The place was very clean. It was nice having a full kitchen and there is also an ice maker in the refrigerator which is super helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was great. Short drive to get into town and to do activities. Leatherwood Lake is just a few minutes away, and you can rent kayaks and canoes there for a very reasonable price. Chris was very responsive when we had any questions. Check in process was super easy, had a key code to get in when we arrived. if we return to Eureka Springs, we would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are HUGE! The bathrooms are identical. They had cookies and other snacks like popcorn and peanut butter crackers. They also provided coffee and instant oatmeal to get you started. It is just short of 5 miles to Eureka Springs. This a great distance to be close to the town and far enough away to enjoy the scenery.
The batteries in one of the tv remotes was getting weak. I let the owners know, and he was there to replace them as soon as possible. Communication was great. We felt right at home.
The place was great, located right outside of eureka. We were a little confused because the cabin is a shared space and we were unaware of that. There is another rental connected to the cabin, and someone was working there while we stayed. Other than that, the description was accurate. The fire pit area was great, and the houses down the road are beautiful to look at! The communication was 100%! We would love to stay at the other cabins they offer! Thank you for a great stay!!
