We had a nice stay at this updated, family friendly house. The place was spotless and had everything we needed including extra bath towels, TP, etc. The hot tub was great and looked to be new. The master suite was huge and my daughter enjoyed the bunk bed room with air hockey table.b

We absolutely loved our stay with this property! It was clean, beautiful, amazing scenery and wonderful service! Euphoria Trip

The stay was absolutely fantastic, as soon as we got there we settled into the home and within 10-20 minutes of being on the property and a heard of deer come trolling around. The location is perfect secluded by the water and was only 10-14 minutes from EUREKA SPRINGS!!! Overall the property and home is beautiful and will be going back very soon.

They space was perfect for my family of 3. My husband and I had plenty of space and our pre teen son had his own space as well. We watched a herd of 20 deer eat dinner in the backyard one night and loved the house. The area is quiet amd felt like home.

Best VRBO house i have stayed in!

This house along with the host were nothing short of spectacular! The house was clean as a whistle with easy check in and out! We did have a small issue with the livingroom tv but the host and maintenance staff were on top of it as soon as i called! Oh, and the wildlife, there are deer everywhere! Hands down my family and i would stay here again!

Ricky was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time exploring the area during the day and relaxing at the house in the evening. It was perfect for just the 2 of us, but we can't wait to come back with friends and family. The pool table, air hockey, and arcade game were a fun bonus.

Holiday Island Visit

We enjoyed the hot tub after a day out. The house is spacious. Our teenager loved the large tv. The home is about 20 minutes away from Eureka Springs which was perfect. There are deer in the neighborhood so be careful when driving around 4:30pm.

This is a sweet, cozy, clean, well located home. The neighborhood hosted many deer and birds. There is a beautiful view off the back deck of Table Rock Lake. Our host Ricky promptly and courteously responded to questions. We stayed 5 days pre Christmas and the house was decorated for us!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway, the house was nice and clean, however it had snowed the day before and the driveway is sloped it would have been nice if it had been cleared or at least a path to the door. Maybe throw some icemelt or have a shovel for us, to remove the snow. I will still give it a 5 star and stay again.

Very clean, modern home. Excellent communication from host- very responsive and helpful. We especially loved the pool table, arcade game, air hockey and hot tub! Good quality family fun! Only disappointment was that there wasn’t really much of a lake view. You could kinda see it through the other houses but not much. Overall though a great stay!!

Clean, safe, and comfortable!

We loved staying here! Everything was so clean and upscale. We felt right at home. The home was beautiful with very comfortable furniture and beds, large TVs, and a cute back porch for watching the deer. The neighborhood was lovely and not too far from Eureka Spring. The listing does include a hot tub, which was actually just a jacuzzi (a great one, I might add), and sleeps several, but I would only suggest children sleep in the bunk beds. They are very short and small. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this listing! We felt right at home and well taken care of.
