Kings River Landing House
Enjoy this house on the river within a gated community. The location pin for the property is NOT downtown***the house is located off Hwy 62E on Carroll County Road 309 to 329 in the Kings River Landing development. ***This property features 2 primary bedrooms downstairs each with a queen bed and full bath. A huge sleeping loft upstairs with 2 queens, a futon and a full bathroom. There is also an empty office that could accommodate an inflatable mattress(not included ) A maximum of 8 people. The house has high speed 5G internet. The house is fully furnished inside with a welcoming area to relax, a complete kitchen with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The utility room has a washer and dryer. Smart tv’s in all rooms. Outside there is an EV charging station in the 2 car carport, and a lockable storage area with a bike rack inside. A Ring Camera is outside the front door. Enjoy local area attractions or just hang out on the river to float or fish in the trophy smallmouth waterway. You can also enjoy the back porch with a fire and a movie. The neighborhood has a common area with a gravel bar that you can also enjoy. Since this is a gated community there is a code for the front gate to enter.

Beautiful and Peaceful!
Amazing stay…so clean and relaxing! The country vibe and view were top notch, and if you like the feel of serenity in your stay, this place is for you! Cherry on top is the dog friendly aspect! And Ramona was very responsive and friendly! Would definitely come back!

Last summer vacation
This is a really nice place to stay! It was perfect for our last trip of the summer. Close to river, easy access and quiet! Was pristine clean and perfectly set up for our stay. The butcher block counter top island is beautiful. Overall a great place to stay. Would love to come back!

Lovely Riverside Getaway
The property was very nice and clean. Access to the river is very good (even though we didn’t get to enjoy it much in November).
The house is in the country side but super close to all the activities. If you are visiting the area great place to stay with the family and the layout of the house allows everyone to participate, even when cooking!

Birthday Trip
50th birthday trip for my husband with friends we spent the day in Eureka Springs shopping all the cool local shops and grabbing drinks at some of the local favs. This place is a short drive from Eureka but we love the quietness from all the hustle and bustle from the downtown area. This place is amazing with cute simple decor and very clean. Loved the couch and the beds and sheets are exceptional!! Will definitely stay again sometime.

Romona was a phenomenal host! The house was set up for everything we needed during our stay— even coffee, filters & sugar! The house was perfect for our party of 8 and the river being only steps outside the back door with floats was a perfect addition to our River weekend!

Beautiful Property
My family and I had a wonderful stay. We were looking for a clean, well kept property with some guaranteed peace and quiet to recharge, but also with easy access to Eureka Springs and Lake Leatherwood. This property delivered all of the above and my communication with the owner was fantastic. The covered porch in the back with the TV is wonderful. Most of our time was spent out back watching TV, playing games, and literally watching the deer graze on the acreage. We had an ideal experience.
