I love this property! It’s beautifully decorated & meticulously clean. It was very thoughtfully stocked with water, snacks, nice bath products etc. The location is perfect and a quick walk to downtown. Checking in and out was very easy. Great communication the whole time. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Wow! What an awesome apartment!!! Everything was spotlessly clean, new, stylish, super comfortable and high quality! Two sizable bedrooms with great beds, large TV’s, and each could be closed off to the rest of the place for anyone needing to sleep while the others in your party are active. Lovely kitchen, living room and even entry way. Parking could not have been any more convenient and abundant, with two spaces assigned, and within 5 feet of the room’s door! The owner was awesome and accommodating, and entry/exit was super simple and required nothing but a simple code! This was a family vacation, but my wife and I both work remotely, and each of us used this property for work at times as well, and it was all ideal. We LOVED Eureka Springs and will definitely be coming back, and when we do, if this place is open, we will definitely be booking our stay, right here!!! Oh, and as far as the location in town, it could not have been better…. Right on the “Springs Walking Tour” with Sweet Spring, literally at this property,,, and super close to the great walkable busy downtown area, yet just far enough away for peace and quiet when/if you wanted some.

Amazing VRBO in Downtown Eureka Springs!

Beautiful accommodations in an easily accessible location close to everything downtown. Loved being able to park right out front and not having to drive anywhere. Will stay here every time we come back to this area!!

The Downtown Villa 2 at Sweet Springs was perfect. It was my favorite of all the places I have stayed in Eureka Springs. The place was clean, bed was very comfortable, and the location was superb. Coffee and beer just across the street. Walking distance to great food, shopping & fun. Aspen was super responsive & a great host. We will be back.
