Tucked beside a beautiful backyard and spacious deck, this suite of private rooms provides enjoyed a calm, clean, and cozy place to stay. The hosts provide a warm welcome and everything you need to relax and be refreshed—for whatever brings you to Eugene.
We came to Eugene for the Olympic Trials (Track) and this gem was the perfect place for our 4-night stay. Clean, private, quiet, and charming. Spacious property and attentive hosts. Highly recommend!
We only had a short stay but found everything we needed. We walked the neighborhood and met so many nice and friendly individuals. And our hosts were there to assist with any of our needs.
Had the pleasure of staying at Ginnie's for a quick weekend trip down to Eugene. The property is just a few mins away from all the great spots Eugene has to offer and the setting is fantastic. Beautiful gardens tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. Ginnie was incredibly nice and welcoming. Can't wait to stay again.
I felt at ease the moment I returned to this quiet, peaceful place. It’s like a little sanctuary set beside a park-like backyard. Stepping through the private entrance, I encountered everything I needed at the end of a long travel day: a kitchenette, cozy couch, spotless bathroom, and comfortable bed. I’ll stay again, next time my travels take me to Eugene.
While compact the unit is very cute, very clean, great location and the garden/yard is huge. If you are a runner/walker/biker the Willamette River trail is very close and convenient. The host was great. We would definitely return.
My mom and I had the most relaxing stay. Our hosts couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful and shared their beautiful garden with us. I highly reccommend it.
This property was clean and fresh. Nice big shower. Just outside the door is a nice area to relax and enjoy the beautiful flowers and the friendly cat 'Tino. The host was friendly and attentive.
Came to watch a game and sightsee. Great little neighborhood close to the airport and just a few miles from downtown. We rented a car on Turo so we could get around and Gary have a private parking space right outside your cottage. Hosts are very nice and the accommodations were as described. The garden is the selling point I would imagine in the summer months. We would stay again.
Quiet oasis close to restaurants, coffee, and the rest of Eugene. Our host was friendly, helpful, and delightful. She's turned her back yard into a working vegetable and flower garden. We stayed longer than planned because it was comfortable and convenient. If we weren't relocating to the area, we would return. This is where we'll send friends and family.
A absolute gem hidden beneath a garden full of life. I was lucky to have found this beautiful location for my family. It’s a must. I thank you for sharing your home with me. I will never forget your kindness.
My brother and I stayed here just one night; the night before the Eugene Marathon. We didn’t really have a lot of time at the property as we were getting prepped for the run and left at 5:30 AM to get to the start line.
The space was clean, tidy and well organized, and Ginnie, our host was welcoming, helpful, and generous. I would definitely stay again!
The rental is on a very large and totally private suburban lot. Lots of fruit trees and flowering plants. Friendliest cat will greet you. Hosts are nice folks. Small fridge also greets you with beer, coffee, sparkling water, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. This is our second time back and we will be back again in the future. I only wish other VRBO’s were this nice.
We stayed two nights over UO family weekend and really enjoyed the quiet garden setting. We even had fresh dahlias from the garden in the suite! I loved the thick bath towels and quality linens (but I’m picky). Our son stayed one night with us and we found a deck of cards to play a few games. Such fun! Our host had morning snacks for us and a coffee maker with good coffee. Best way to begin your day. Quiet, clean, and comfortable stay. Thank you, hosts!
Did not spend a lot of time here as we were busy and just needed a place to stay. It is clean. The AC did not cool the bedroom and the second "bedroom" is basically the common area or front room. The host is wecoming and attentive, she greeted us when we arrived really late at night. The place met our needs, though we would have liked a way to keep ice and a sink to fill our hydros a little easier.
My husband and I enjoy gardening. This property is large with several vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and berries growing. The owner made us welcome to help ourselves to everything which we did. The neighborhood is mature and quiet. The house is very clean. The kitchen area has a table, chairs, microwave and small refrigerator which worked for us. The owner greeted us as we pulled in and was always available to answer questions and make suggestions without being intrusive.
