March 22-24, 2026 - we arrived at what we *thought* was this Even hotel, we have stayed in many times, and found it was being converted over to a Marriott Courtyard. Floors 2 and 4 were out of commission and only the 3rd floor was available. No excerise equipment in rooms, as expected in Even hotel ...

Valley River Inn
Clean room. We stayed two nights we got fresh towels without asking for the second night. They also upgraded our room . Very spacious rooms.

Hayward Inn
Fantastic breakfast good variety and hot options eggs, tortillas etc. We were in the old rooms but they are clean and comfortable. Great location right across the street from the college.
