Staff were helpful. Room great size. No where to hang clothes but didn’t affect our stay as we had planned to live out of the suitcases anyway. Lovely stay at this hotel. Was very easy to get to Europa park. Very easy to find and get to when driving. Nice decor and clean. The only negative we could think about was it would be nice if the hotel did either room service or had a small restaurant for evening meals.
