"A stop on the via Francigena to room my room was in a block across the yard from hotel where the first floor appeared to be an apartment. Room very modern good WiFi but no hot water at four in the afternoon I needed a shower after a 23km walk. Didn’t have breakfast as wanted to be on the road in the morning. "

"We arrived in the afternoon after walking Via Francigena all day. It was a bit off trail but well worth the effort. Hopefully you get a chance to have dinner at restaurant onsite. It was truly authentic and the highlight of our three-week journey. The room was clean and more than we expected."

"If I could give more stars I would! What a beautiful unique place! the staff was like a family & took such good care of us. For dinner they went to their garden & brought back fresh vegetables to cook for us ONLY! It was magical & a beautiful escape from busy Rome! I will definitely go again! "

"Most of the amenities were shut no shuttle bus, managed to get a lift from the staff a couple of times but had to get taxis most of the time"

"The hotel was in a good location to bike to Rome and overall it was a good stay, but there was a lot of noise outside of our hotel room late at night and we had what sounded like someone trying to get in our door once we had gone to sleep which scared us. But it's an older hotel, still very clean, but just loud doors so maybe it was just other people opening and closing their doors."

"L'esperienza è stata nel complesso positiva. La camera è accogliente e molto pulita, aspetto fondamentale. Ottima la disponibilità del personale, rapido nel risolvere un problema con il codice di accesso. Tra i punti negativi: assenza di parcheggio, bagno piuttosto piccolo e prezzo (163€ a notte) un po’ elevato rispetto a quanto offerto. Nel complesso, un buon soggiorno, ma con margini di miglioramento soprattutto in rapporto al costo."
