You will be seduced by its rustic charm, its wooded and flowery park, as well as its pond.

The accommodation consists on the ground floor of a living room with fireplace and connected TV, an equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a triple gas stove
(hob, oven and dishwasher), a microwave oven, a washing machine, a toaster, a kettle and a Tassimo coffee machine, a shower room with toilet, a sunny veranda offering a lovely unobstructed view of the garden and opening onto a terrace equipped with a water awning, garden furniture and a barbecue.
The ground floor, served by an internal staircase and an external staircase, consists of two adjoining bedrooms with respectively two single beds (80x200) pushed together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x190) that can be pushed together to form a King Size bed.
