Lovely modern house - with decent wifi to keep our kids satisfied. Owner lives next door but we have absolute privacy. He is very kind. He speaks little English but a tiny bit of French & Google Translate ensures all is clear. Etretat is a beautiful spot but parking is a nightmare. Walking is the best way around there and the hills will keep you fit!

Très jolie maison.

Maison très agréable et bien entretenue, à immédiate proximité d'Etretat, tout en étant parfaitement au calme. Bon accueil du propriétaire, très discret mais à l'écoute et disponible. En résumé, très bonne expérience, à renouveler sans aucun doute.

Das Haus ist geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben die Waschmaschine und den Trockner sehr geschätzt, was unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage nahe dem Strand von Étretat war ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt, und die Aussicht von der Terrasse war atemberaubend.

Großes Haus mit grossem eingezäunten Grundstück. Alles vorhanden. Nachts sehr ruhig. Sehr netter Inhaber wohnt nebenan, wenn mal etwas fehlt. Zum Ort 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Wundervolle Steilküste. Restaurants sollte man vorsichtig wählen, sehr oft fast food oder aber super teuer, wenig Mittelklasse. Zum Baden entweder Ebbe abwarten oder Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Die Steine sind abgerundet, aber es ist unangenehm barfuß. Sitzen auf Handtuch geht gut. Kein Schatten am Strand, keine Hunde erlaubt.

Een heel mooi huis. Hoewel Etretat zelf heel druk is (maar ook heel mooi), is het huis heel rustig gelegen, met een zicht op de zee. De tuin is helemaal omheind zodat de hond zonder probleem kan rondlopen. In huis is alles aanwezig. Het waren ook heel goede bedden. Een aanrader!

Séjour Family à Etretat

Accueil très sympathique, proprio attentionné et discret, villa proche d'Etretat avec vue sur mer, maison spacieuse et confortable bien orientée et bien isolée. Possibilité de rentrer son véhicule sur le grand terrain clos et le coté très pratique de la buanderie, équipements électro-ménagers OK. Je recommande ce gite.

Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und fantastisch, um mit zwei Hunden zu bleiben. Sie hätten mehr Privatsphäre gehabt, wenn der Garten eingezäunt gewesen wäre. Die Lage ist gut zu finden, es ist ein ziemlich neues Haus und gut eingerichtet. schön, dass es überall Fensterläden gibt, die tagsüber die Hitze abhalten und nachts das Schlafzimmer abdunkeln können. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, man kommt wirklich wegen der Klippen und sie sind beeindruckend. Der Garten ist kahl, die Terrasse ist in voller Sonne, wo der wunderbare Sonnenschirm ein großartiger Ort ist.

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit großem Garten und Meerblick. Kein Quatschempfang durch den Vermieter, der in der Nähe des Hauses wohnt. Etretat und seine schönen Felsen und Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausflüge in die Umgebung von der Natur zu schönen Städten. Haus ist leicht zugänglich, die moderne Dusche mit niedrigem Einstieg bequem mit einem Duschstuhl zu benutzen. Garage mit Strom, damit der Mobilitätsroller dort unter dem Dach aufgeladen werden kann. Der Weg hinunter nach Etreat ist elegant und sehr eng.

Das Hotel liegt 2 km vom Strand entfernt in einer ruhigen, grünen Gegend. Einfamilienhaus mit Garage. Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Komplett eingezäunter Garten.

Wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Ausblick auf eine Pferde- und eine Kuhweide. Das Meer ist am Horizont sichtbar. Morgens hört man die Vögel zwitschern, abends kann man Fledermäuse und den Sternenhimmel beobachten. Der Weg nach Etretat befindet sich direkt am Grundstück (asphaltierte Straße mit großer Steigung). Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher Mann und hat uns herzlich Empfangen. Die Verständigung funktioniert über französisch Bzw mit Händen und Füßen. Das gesamte Haus hat Rollläden (elektronisch). Die Küche ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Senseo Maschine, Wasserkocher und allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Mikrowelle, Backofen, Gasherd (mit Elektrozünder).... Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Achtung die großen Wolldecken passen nicht in handelsübliche Bettbezüge. Sollte jemand besondere Ansprüche an das Bettzeug stellen, sollte man dieses selbst mitbringen. Die Dusche ist sehr groß und neu. Zudem gibt es eine nagelneue Bosch Waschmaschine, die sehr einfach zu bedienen ist. Den Trockner haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Zusätzlich zur Kühl/ Gefrierkombi gibt es eine Gefriertruhe in dem Zwischenraum zur Garage. Das Haus ist wirklich empfehlenswert und bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Der Besitzer des Hauses ist auf den Punkt, diskret und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund frei herumlaufen kann. Schöne Aussicht mit Blick auf das Meer in der Ferne. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum / Küste von Etretat beträgt 1,5 km. Der Rückweg ist angenehm schwierig. Es ist nicht ratsam, wegen begrenzter Parkkapazität mit dem Auto ins Zentrum zu fahren. Allerdings gibt es einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz in 10 "zu Fuß vom Zentrum, das flach ist. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen ländlichen Straße.
