"Could not ask for a better location in Lisbon. I had a lovely room overlooking the street, which is lined with restaurants and shops. Walking distance to pretty much everything in Baixa and the Alfama. Room was soundproofed. Great staff. Very helpful"

"BEWARE! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! WE PLANNED ON SLEEPING IN TODAY. WOKE UP TO HAMMERING , BANGING, DRILLING, CHANINSAWS. . TRIED TO CALL FRONT DESK TO ASK WHY THIS WAS EXTREMELY LOUD & NON STOP, STAFF TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN 10 MINUTES .WE WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO TALK TO SOMEONE, THEY SAID THEY WOULD STOP UNTIL WE LEFT FOR THE DAY, YET THEY CONTINUED. DUST PARTICLES WERE FLYING AROUND EVERYWHERE THAT WE COULD SEE IN THE BATHROOM OVERHEAD LIGHTS, WHICH IM SURE WERE THROUGHOUT THE ROOM & MOST LIKELY COMING THROUGH THE AIR VENTS. WE HAD TO CHECKOUT, DUE TO THIS BEING A SAFETY HAZARD TO OUR HEALTH & SANITY . HOW IS THIS HOTEL TAKING RESERVATIONS WITHOUT NOTIFYING GUESTS THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN ? The MANAGER COMPED ONLY 1/2 OF 1 NIGHT WHICH IS RIDICULOUS & DISGUSTING! "

"The hotel is good but not the 9.6 advertised on hotels.com. Our sliding toilet door was missing so privacy was an issue. The electric curtains were not connected properly and the television was glitching. Staff were very nice and location was good. This is a 7 out of 10 for me. It felt a bit tired. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Estoril. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the train station, making it very easy to explore both Lisbon and Cascais. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. You can definitely tell this is a newer hotel, as everything felt fresh, clean, and well designed. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which offered beautiful views and was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruit, hot dishes, and great coffee. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Estoril/Cascais area. "
