Tranquility on the River Three is a relaxing and refreshing townhome
on Big Thompson River. It's on Hwy 66, just a few minutes from the
south entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. It's so close to one
of our favorite restaurants, The Rock Inn, you can walk there! Another
bonus is that this mountain retreat has mesmerizing views of Longs
Peak and Continental Divide from the banks of the Big Thompson River.
Aspen groves and spruce trees surround this truly perfect riverfront
escape. Close your eyes and listen to the soothing, rippling current
of the river from the tranquil back deck.

As you enter this townhome, your eyes will captured by the 20 ft
ceiling views that will take your breath away. The finishes in the
kitchen/dining area are high quality with a great room that includes
hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, a kitchen with rough-hewn granite
countertops and high-end appliances. A breakfast bar has room for two.
Eating at the wood table in the dining area that comfortably seats 6
will be a relaxing experience as the floor to ceiling window draws in
the outside view of the river and the rocky foothills surrounding the

This lovely, bright townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. At the
day's end, a large Master bedroom on the first floor awaits you with a
king bed and a calming view of the river and mountains. The walk-in
closet provides space for all your personal belongings. Walking in to
the master bath, you will be impressed as you notice the tile floors
and counter tops with a walk-in shower. Completing the first floor is
a half bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer. As you walk
upstairs, you will notice the view continues into the sitting area
where a pool table awaits those who enjoy the challenge of a good pool
game. Behind you is another bedroom with a Queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a
beautiful wooded Queen sleigh bed. A slated title bath with glass
enclosed shower and tub completes the remainder of the second floor.

The deck is incomparable with the river running just a stone's throw
away. Enjoy the views, the wildlife, the sounds of the river's current
and the grill on your deck for many a tasty feast. This outdoor oasis
has everything needed for hours of relaxation and fun! There's enough
to keep you entertained in this mountain getaway. However, if you do
want or explore, you can hop in the car, drive to Rocky Mountain
National Park, play miniature golf, visit Trout Haven, many
restaurants or simply recline around the pond to watch the daily
wildlife parade at Coffee on the Rocks. Downtown Estes Park is only a
two mile drive, so the options are endless!

items and if needed, additional supplies will need to be purchased

- Absolutely NO Smoking - Cigarettes or Marijuana - Will result in
$1000 fine
- Strict No Pets policy - fines for non-compliance
- No air conditioning (most Estes Park homes do not have air
conditioning). There are several fans at this home.
- BEARS in the area, please secure all trash and you will need to lock
doors and windows each time you leave the property.

The view is lovely. It feels like a retreat. We also loved the pool table. We spent hours playing pool.
