This house was amazing, the photos from the deck do not do the view justice! The views are so beautiful the rooms were great and the house as a whole was wonderful. The location is far enough away from the busy downtown area but close enough that it doesn't take long to get there. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas as we stayed there just before Christmas and it felt so warm and inviting. We will stay there again the next time we visit Estes Park!
House is beautiful and has a gorgeous view! We did have a few hiccups, but the property manager responded quickly and came by to address the issues. Great house to rent.
The communication with the prop mgr was awesome. Very fast and responsive. There were 8 adults and the house was just what we were looking for in our stay. The kitchen area was fantastic and room for all of us to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit out on the deck. The bathrooms were fabulous. The house was in close proximity to the downtown Estes area.
We had a magical stay and the home is in the most glorious location--elk were roaming by and deer and bunnies and if you can stay here you will be glad you did.
Convenient location on south edge of Estes Park. Property as described. It is very warm without air condition in the hottest part of summer, but there are lots of fans and is manageable. Very nice home.
We loved our stay! The house was exactly as pictured and the views from the deck were fantastic. It was close to Estes Park city center and to the RMNP entrance. Great experience!
Very well equipped home, good communication with property manager, beautiful view from back deck and perfect proximity to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain national Park.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. We all agreed it was one of the best properties we have stayed out. It felt like home and we will definitely recommend this property to friends and family!
House was beautiful. We had enough room for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Deck was a great place to hang out. House was close to everything we needed. The home was comfortable and perfect. Would definitely recommend!
This house was amazing. It was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The kitchen and living area on the main floor were perfect for our party of 8. The master bedroom had stunning views. Our families with kids ages 7-16 had the best time here. Highly recommend.
The property was amazing! We spent lots of time on the patio enjoying the views, hot tub, and watching the bunnies play in the yard. The home was clean and spacious. We went in July and the weather was hot during the day and cooled down at night. The kitchen was well appointed and the restrooms were nicely stocked. It was a quick drive to town, and we enjoyed the Tram, horseback riding and UTV riding. We would stay here again definitely!
Great house that was clean and exactly like its pictures. House was very well stocked for cooking. View was fantastic and the location was perfect. Only down side was one bedroom had a matress you could feel the spirngs in and a neighbor that complained about music we were playing outside before the noise ordinance was active but the property manager was great about it and handled it professionally. Would definitely stay again.
We loved this house. It was beautiful inside and very spacious. Plenty of separate living rooms and dens for the adults and kids to spread out and do their own things. The house feels like it’s in a remote and scenic location but it’s only a short drive into Estes Park. There were rabbits and little chipmunk like animals everywhere. The property manager was responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay again.
Really great home for 3 couples to get away. Magical views, especially at sunset. This home is also away from the tourists!
Only downside - quiet hours start at 7pm. Not a huge deal for us as we were up early hiking. But the neighbors complained when we were in the hot tub chatting over a beer at 7:30pm.
The home is lovely and everything inside and outside the home as perfect as the pictures reveal. It was a good size home for our group and very comfortable . It is also within a 7-10 minute ride to town which was extremely convenient.
After a long day of hiking, there is nothing better than to jump into a jacuzzi to relax those sore muscles. The outside deck offers a fire pit to relax and enjoy the wonderful mountain view
This home is absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of room for our party of 7 and the tasteful Christmas decor was a wonderful touch. The only negatives I can say is that this is the first vacation rental I have ever stayed in that had so many owner personal items throughout. It wasn’t a problem, but felt a bit strange. The kitchen is in dire need of organization, but still had everything we needed. And we had a bit of trouble with the washer get stuck on the spin cycle. But overall, it was an amazing week and great place for quality time with my nearly grown kids.
Everything about the rental was just as advertised. Large amount of space for my family of 5 adults. Views are gorgeous from the deck, but really everywhere you look is beautiful. Very easy route from house to Estes, all areas of RMNP, other scenic areas, and of course to and from the Denver airport. Everything seemed clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Used the hot tub a couple of nights with no problem. Nice to look at the stars above. Quiet hours didn't really affect us since we were up and out very early everyday so we weren't necessarily up past10/11 each night anyway. All of the directions provided for entry were accurate and easy. Any time I reached out to the manager prior to the visit and once during, they were very responsive. Definitely recommend this home as long as the quiet hours would not impact your type of stay. Everything was great. Photos of the property is exactly what you get. Everything was in good condition and well maintained.
Our family of 7 (grandparents, parents and 3 kids (5, 8, 10)) stayed for a long weekend in the fall. We take regular trips to Estes and it’s a fantastic vacation spot.
The home is in a quiet neighborhood, with great park access (meaning you don’t have to navigate downtown traffic to get there.) outdoor spaces are top notch, including a great deck, hot tub, and clubhouse for kids. All a hit! One thing to note is that the 7-7 noise ordinance is taken very seriously, so we didn’t use the outdoor facilities after dark for fear of an aggravated neighbor that was noted in literature at the house.
Inside was also well decorated, and beds/rooms worked out well. We had plenty of space and the access to washer/dryer is always a big plus.
There were a few downsides, mainly related to this being a VRBO that is also a home. We didn’t have enough dishes or silverware to go around for more than one meal, which meant we were washing up a lot. There also oddly wasn’t any Kleenex around (although plenty of all other staples were found). Finally, while kids loved the coloring books and toys/games, I kept feeling like we were using other folks’ stuff without asking.
Ultimately, it’s good to know that this is someone’s residence, not a full time vacation home, so it’s just different than where we’ve stayed before.
A beautiful place, great views, just a little differently appointed than we’d hoped.
The host was so quick to respond. The view is beautiful and the home very comfortable. The treats and Thanksgiving and fall decorations made it extra nice to celebrate the holiday here. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room for us plus more. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
There were 6 adults in our family group, and the home was very comfortable and beautiful. We spent lots of time hanging out at the house. It was a lovely place to relax and enjoy.
