Loved the location, the house is beautiful and emmaculate, all the amentities, priced very reasonably, we all enjoyed our stay very much! Definetly consider for next year!
The hosts truly thought of everything to make our stay with two little kids so easy. Great location to the park and town. Would love to stay here again!
This property was beyond excellent, the accommodations were wonderful, Cindi was incredibly responsive to any questions. Very close to the RMNP entrance, views were beautiful. House was neatly decorated and fully stocked and supplied. A++++!!!
Loved working with this property manager. She is clearly on top of things. Home is well maintained and has many basic supplies in the kitchen like spices and condiments. This home is set up perfectly for families
We spent 4 nights and loved the space. Clean, spacious, quiet (even with a family in the adjoining unit). The owners were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for local hikes and and even welcome goodies. Only reason I gave one fewer stars on the location was the close proximity to a fairly busy road and the homes close by. From the photos it looked like place was more isolated. Overall, loved the place and it had absolutely everything!
When we saw the listing on VRBO, we liked it right away- new build and great view. We were not disappointed as the duplex was excellent along with the awesome mountain view. Liz was very communicative, accommodating and had everything prepared for our stay. It only took a couple minutes to get to town, and less than 5 minutes to get to the Beaver Meadow entrance of RMNP, We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Liz!
The house has beautiful views of the mountains and wild life is right out the back deck (saw mule deer, bunnies, and even a lynx!). The owners were excellent, very accommodating to having small children (even made a special trip to the house to bring an extra pack n play). Great extra space for kids to play with great toys. Kitchen had everything you could need. Location is quiet and 5 minutes from downtown. We will definitely stay here next time we visit.
This property feels brand new with extremely nice finishings, is very well stocked with every comfort of home, and is set up perfectly with multiple spaces for kids and adults. The garage was set up as a play room for the kids! Each room had plenty of blankets and toiletries (very nice quality soaps). The location is truly 2 min drive from Estes and very close (10-15 min max) drive to both the Beaver Meadow Entrance and the Fall River entrance to RMNP. My husband, two young kids and I all loved it and will gladly return!
I can not say enough wonderful things about this VRBO! So cute and clean! Lots of luxury items to make us feel welcome and spoiled. We had a hiccup getting into to VRBO, but it was not the owner’s issue. (Not great internet to download information.) Contacted Cindi and she quickly responded giving us the information we needed. The view was wonderful and a great location to the entrance of RMNP! I highly recommend staying here!!!
This duplex was super clean and very well stocked. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We sat in the backyard every night to watch the sunset in the mountains. The view was fabulous! It was an easy drive to town and surrounding sights. We enjoyed our stay, very much.
Our only concern was, that we thought it was a house and we’re shocked to find out it was a duplex. I don’t think it was clear on website. Never the less, we weren’t bothered by the other tenants and we would come stay again!
What a beautiful property. Every detail was well thought out. From the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen at a VRBO, fans, tons of extra linens and towels, hooks everywhere (for towels, jackets…love that) to the little details like magazines, brochures, hiking books, goodies left for us, laundry detergent, dish soap and of course the beautiful view! I could go on and on. I kept telling my husband, I can’t believe they have this and I can’t believe they have that! It was perfect! I have stayed in many many VRBO’s before and have never left a review. I just had to this time! Such a great experience, can’t wait to go back!
We use VRBO a few times a year to travel as a family. All three of my children voted this their favorite place we've ever stayed. Everything you could want on the inside to feel cozy and pampered on vacation, with all the nature you could want right at your fingertips. We enjoyed one day hiking and one day sledding. My only complaint is that our vacation was too short! We hope to come back again for a longer stay right here at Sundance!
We really enjoyed Sundance! Great location near the entrance to RMNP and convenient to Estes Park. Very clean. Plenty of room for our family of four, with a spacious layout and open floor plan. We highly recommend this place!
I would definitely consider staying here again. We loved it. Note for southerners: only the bottom floor has AC. You’ll need to open the upstairs windows at night! But it’s not that bad! Great place for kiddos.
We’ve stayed in many vacation properties over the past 15 years, and Sundance is by far one of our favorites! We wanted for nothing — everything we could have possibly needed was not only accessible but in fantastic condition. The home was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the views from the back patio are breathtaking. RMNP and downtown EP are within easy driving distance. We enjoyed a glorious week, and we cannot wait to return!
I cannot say enough how wonderful this property was! The location was absolutely perfect and the home was beautiful. Just a short drive to Rocky Mountain National park, and also close to downtown Estes Park. The Mountain View of the back patio was breathtaking, and you could tell the owners put thought into each part of the home. My kids loved the playroom in the garage, and had a blast playing in the small room, or as they called it the tiny house, in the kids’ bedroom. They had bedtime books, plenty of toys, and a fully stocked kitchen. They even had outlet covers for people with small children! We would absolutely recommend staying here on your next trip to Estes Park!
