Unit 276 features a master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds, with a small open stairway loft accessed through the second bedroom with a third queen bed. This unit has a well-equipped full kitchen, and two baths. Enjoy beautiful river and mountain views from the deck, a wood-burning fireplace, jetted tub and cable TV with free DVD movie rentals. Located one mile from Rocky Mountain National Park and five minutes from downtown shopping and dining. Your stay includes a heated pool and on-site fishing in the summer, with complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Located at our Fawn Valley Inn resort. Sleeps eight.

We loved our stay. The views, location, and atmosphere where priceless. Our host was great.

A few minutes from the trailheads at RMNP, very spacious, beds were comfortable. Beautiful views.

We Loved It!!!

Very nice property close to the rocky mountains! Especially enjoyed the proximity to Christian Church of Estes Park!! Great experience overall and very nice hot tub!

Beautiful view from the balcony and very quite.

Not what I was expecting I thought we were getting more of a cabin type property versus a upstairs condo needs to have an outside picture on your site. The inside was outdated needs some updates and a few things fixed the beds were so comfortable the space was good size for 7 people and a baby. The view off the patio was absolutely beautiful and the fact that you could walk down to the river was amazing. We were a little disappointed because the pool wasn't open due to covid 19.the staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay!

Booking showed 3 bed in one room , this was not what we got, would not go back again

River was 300’ or more down hill, there was no close access to the fire ring, it was on upper level with stairs which I didn’t expect, would never have rented it had it shown that or I been told this as I use a cane
