This is an adorable will cared for house. It is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in-Especially considering it's a pet friendly place. I sincerely loved how every cabinet was labeled so you didn't have to dig around to find what you were looking for. The little coffee and snack stations along with the mini toiletry baskets were a lovely treat. I loved that there was some games and books to peruse. And we loved using the record player. There were plenty of pillows and towels and blankets which is great. So many places just don't give you enough of those. We had one little hiccup during our visit and the hosts responded immediately and helped us find a good resolution. Overall it was a great stay.
This was an amazing stay! My family traveled here for my dogs third birthday celebration and we had the best time. The hosts had left out the cutest bandana for her and gluten free snacks for the people. The hosts response time was so quick and somehow the views and the house look even better than the listing. There was plenty of space for the five adults and the puppy, would highly recommend for a family vacation. There’s serious views from every single room!
We loved everything about the property. The home is supet clean and decorated very nice and is very warm welcoming and comfy. The view from the house is spectacular with river, mountains and town. You can hear the river which I loved. Great location and wonderful hosts. Coffee was appreciated!
Great place overlooking Estes Park and mountains. Easy walk to town. The walk back up the hill can be a good workout.
The sound of the river and unlimited stars at night on the deck are fantastic.
The house is well decorated and welcoming. Comfortable furniture and beds.
We would definitely stay here again when in Estes Park.
We stayed here for two nights to celebrate my husband's birthday. I booked this location primarily because I wanted to stay somewhere with a view and wanted to bring our pup with us. The view was even better than I imagined, and the location was great - it's within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. The house itself is also beautiful with plenty of games and books to keep you occupied in your downtime. I really loved the fenced-in area so that we could easily let our dog out. The communication with the rental company was great - they responded quickly to all inquiries and also didn't bother us unnecessarily. The check-in process was also really easy. I would definitely recommend this place to others and am hoping to make another stay in the future!
Walking in the door it felt like home. Very comfortable beds, couch, and side chair. The house had everything we needed. The back deck was wonderful to sit on anytime of the day. Great view of Estes and mountains. Very quiet street. We walked often down to the shops often. The fireplace was a wonderful bonus. Communication was great and return replies were fast. I highly recommend this home. We’ll be back.
Great family / dog friendly property close to everything and with an amazing view!
We had the pleasure of staying here a number of years ago and were so glad we had a chance to go back. The property is such a great location you can walk into town at any point, and even with construction getting groceries or shopping was a breeze. We also cooked a lot at the house and it was well appointed. We had a little trouble with the TV at first but the property managers were so responsive. Also, like everywhere else in Estes there is no AC - but the property provided box fans for every window and some extras so we were able to lock in the cool night air easily. Great bedding, great decor. Hope to be back!
We had a short stay in Estes for fall break and found this cute gem of a home that was so charming and tastefully decorated! It was perfect accommodations for our small family of 5 as we were a short distance from downtown Estes & Rocky Mountain National Park which were a plus!
Communication with the management company was great right from the start until our check out. The check in process & the instructions for the home were so easy to understand. We had a few questions and concerns that were promptly addressed and taken care of. Overall, we loved our stay & had a wonderful experience at this charming Estes home!
My family stayed at this property for 3 nights. Communication with the host/rental company was FANTASTIC. They responded immediately and checked in with us during our stay. They were forthright in telling us the dryer had broken before our stay. I appreciate honesty. There were plenty of games and puzzles available to keep us entertained in the house. Location was very nice and the view was beautiful. My only suggestion would be to have a more detailed cleaning. Overall, the home was clean, but couches, floors, and dishes could have used more attention. I would rate our stay a 4.7.
House was comfortable and clean with a lovely view of downtown Estes. Easy walk to town. Appreciated the fenced in dog area and responsiveness of the owner.
Excellent stay! It’s a tastefully done home, everything thought of (extra toothbrush, razor, shampoo, etc…) and beautiful views of the town and the twin owls! Easy walk to town and quiet little neighborhood. Deer visit every evening. Would recommend 10/10 for friends to stay here! Property manager was great to communicate with and all checkin/checkout procedures were clear and easy!
Excellent communication and service. House was spacious and offered everything that our family of 4 needed. Great location. Short walk to downtown Estes Park and a quick drive to RMNP. Would definitely recommend.
We loved the location! Perfect walk into town and didn’t have to mess with parking. The house was very clean and comfortable. Hosts/Management company was extremely helpful, accommodating and very responsive whenever we communicated. The only downside was no A/C and we visited in July so it was hot during the day.
We loved the house! Being dog people all the little pet friendly perks (dog bowls, treats, and dog bed) was a big bonus! Close enough to walk to town, which we did! The hill going back can be a little struggle for some, but good exercise! Was shocked to have everything there that we needed, soaps, shampoos, lotions, tooth brushes, tooth paste, q tips. There was other stuff I am sure I am missing! Bonus there are a ton of games and a fooseball table! The communication with the agent was amazing!
If you want to get away to a cool mountain town, stop your search now and book this house. This town. These hosts. It’s all exactly what it should be. Perfect location overlooking a quaint mountain town as well as views of the amazing mountains. Very walkable to the town, which is great in so many ways. I have never had more responsive hosts. They recommended hikes (that were amazing), coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The back deck on the house is perfect to enjoy the scenery and nice weather. Can’t say enough nice things.

Great house & excellent location!
Checking in was easy and the property manager was terrific to deal with. She had the dog bed ready and the house perfect for walking in and relaxing after a long trip. We walked the dogs to town and had coffee at Kind every morning then came back to cook breakfast and enjoy the views. Saw plenty of wildlife around the house. The view is unbeatable. Could not go wrong with this property in Estes!
