Enjoyed our stay! Great location! Parking can be a little tight for a crew cab pickup, only if other units are fully rented. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

Great condo! Loved the Adirondack chairs on the river. The grill and the jacuzzi and the fireplace were all great amenities. A little out dated but has everything you need.

DO IT!

Property owners were the friendliest I’ve ever met and were very accommodating after we were very late to check in over a day later. Checking in was easier than it is at an average hotel. The entire cabin was clean and organized as if built and furnished just yesterday. And of course the view was absolutely beautiful right next to the river where I saw deer at one point. Definitely coming back again!

My partner and I stayed here for a couple of nights in November. We chose this place because it was ON the river, had a fireplace and a cozy family room to hang out and chill in. This place was perfect for that, and I definitely recommend our unit (C1) Pros: - ON the river with a deck, grill and patio chairs - private and quiet (the river and windows drown out most noise, and we couldn't hear our one neighbor) - clean - fireplace - comfy bed - large jacuzzi tub in master suite - large, full kitchen and family room - reasonably priced - small, tidy property only minutes from downtown and RMNP - nice folks at the front desk Cons: - interior is dated and could use a refresh - 2nd bedroom is a loft instead of a complete bedroom (if that matters to you) - not walking distance from downtown and no shuttle, so you'll need a car - no amenities on-site (if you're looking for that kind of thing) - no curtains or blackout curtains to fully block out light, but there are blinds and the location feels very private and private from the road - confusing to find the entrance and buildings on the property your first time as the signage is hard to see and not lit (both entering the property and for the individual buildings). That said, it's easy to figure out after that, and it's nice to not have a ton of lights everywhere.

We loved that this property was right on the river. Kids spent so much time exploring out the front door. The condo itself was impeccably clean, kitchen was well equipped, it had everything we needed. My only comment is that I thought the checkout time was a little early -- 10 am. Due to our flight being cancelled and rescheduled, we asked for a later checkout. They said the latest they could do was 12 pm, which was fine.

Wonderful place to stay.

Our stay at the River Stone Resorts & Bear Paw Suites was very pleasant. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The owner was kind and recommended several places to visit and dine. Our family will be visiting again this summer. Loved it!

I would book this property again in a heartbeat! It was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Great views, great staff, great town!! We hope to return soon with our children and grandchildren to share another RMNP experience with them.

From the moment we arrived at started planning our next visit. This place felt just like home. Brian and Cyndi made us feel welcome from day one. They had answers to all of our questions as well as great suggestions to maximize our vacation and create even more memories!! Our stay happened to fall within the blizzard and we didn't mind a bit. The views are awesome and breathtaking! My grandson said it was the best spring break ever and we agree. Everything you need is a short skip away! This place is even more beautiful than the pictures!
