Check in anytime after 4pm- Check out promptly by 10am. Housekeeping comes in right at 10am. Maximum guests day, or night, is 8. Maximum vehicles 4. Town of Estes Park regulations.

Security deposits are held by VRBO with credit card and is only charged if damage is reported.

Driveway has a camera. There are no other cameras on the property inside, or out.

Ridgeview Retreat is brand new and ready for guests. 4 bedroom/3 bath. Great location close to town and absolutely breathtaking views! Large 52 ft deck with Continental Divide views, nice patio space. Hot tub is on upper deck and plenty of patio furniture to relax and enjoy the view. 3 of the bedrooms can have attached baths. 1 king, 1 queen, on main level/ 1 split california king, 2 twin xl beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the lower level family room. Split california king is an adjustable bed. All beds have Tempurpedic mattresses and luxury bedding.

One of the best views in Estes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the best views in Estes Park that also allows you to skip the downtown parking and walk directly to shops and restaurants. We can’t say enough about the coziness and cleanliness of this home.

We loved our stay! It truly is close to everything and when we wanted to stay in the patios are perfect for good views and hanging out. Place was clean and Linda was very responsive! Would recommend if you are going to Estes!

Absolutely wonderful place. 3 couples and plenty of room for all. Coffee on the deck ever morning with a view we never tired of. Close to Estes Town and National Park.

Fantastic Location and Views

Amazing property in a wonderful location. The views from the deck are spectacular. We enjoyed our time hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, visiting the sites in Estes, and watching the wildlife.

A wonderful mountain getaway

Unfortunately the timing of our stay with a polar vortex descending into the state meant that we were largely confined inside. Fortunately, this was a wonderful place to be stuck inside! The home itself is so clean and well kept, and our family truly enjoyed time together by the toasty fireplaces as the snow fell outside.

Truly, this property is fabulous. Pictures don't quite do it justice, especially the view off the back deck. I've stayed in many rental properties over the years, and this is in the top 3 for all around quality.

Beautiful Views

This home is well furnished, has comfortable beds and has beautiful views from both levels! We also like the location...it's just a short walk down into town. This is the second time we've stayed here and will likely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for my 57th birthday and the house and view didn’t disappoint. I’ve never experienced snow and this was a magical time! The hot tub, fireplace and comfy bed and awesome! Live that the house was close to everything yet seemed so private…. I wished we could have stayed longer

Great house, great views, great location

We had a wonderful family vacation with our adult sons, their wives, and 20 month granddaughter. The Ridgeview retreat was perfect for us. It is a new house, with lots of space and separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was wonderfully decorated for Christmas, which added a nice touch.
