We enjoyed our stay and the cabins was in great shape and well equipped with great views. It was perfect for a family get away and the hosts were very helpful.
Very clean and comfortable property with a gorgeous view. Communication was easy and location was fantastic for Estes and RMNP. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful property, half of our party spent the cold Oct nights on the balcony with heated blankets and the other half inside by the fire.Host was incredibly kind and attentive to any questions Location was great, for those that love to walk, the main street wasn’t far at all. And RMNP was a quick drive
We absolutely loved this property. We are already planning to come back in the winter. The main attraction is the creek outside that we spent most of our time, The beds were comfortable, and the property was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. I highly recommend this property.
this property was very well maintained and managed. The location was just like in the pictures and also very convenient to dining and groceries. We would definately recomend this property and will try to rent it again in the future.
This property was great! Well equipped with all necessary amenities to cook meals The view is awesome with fishing access and plenty of wildlife viewing! Definitely would stay again!
We had a wonderful time at this condo! Of all the VRBO’s I’ve stayed at this was my favorite! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved watching the snow fall and the elk cross in the river in the back! The location was perfect as well! We hope to be back soon!
The cabin was perfect. We especially enjoyed being right on the river and hearing and seeing it every day. Lots of wildlife to enjoy. Clean and comfortable.
Loved our stay on the river in Estes! Great location, lovely home, and great views. We saw elk, deer, and wild turkeys right outside our windows and along the path to and from Coffee on the Rocks:)
Our communication with Sue, the host, was easy and very helpful.
From the early pre-arrival answers from our host to arriving to find a super-clean home just waiting our family, the entire experience was a pleasure. The location is excellent and our host checked in with us to make sure everything was just right. Will definitely be back!
Our family enjoyed every minute at this beautiful home in Estes Park. Perfect location and wonderful experience (communication was excellent). The home was immaculate and cozy. We would absolutely love to return again soon!
We absolutely loved this house and location along the river. Every morning and evening we would see elk, deer and one evening we even seen a bear. The sound of the river was so peaceful. We would definitely recommend this property.
Wonderful!! Listen to the creek, watch the elk, 5 min to downtown Estes Park and to RMNP
This is a wonderful house. Lots of space, super clean, cozy yet spacious. Backs onto a river/creek where elk stroll by on a regular basis. It feels secluded and magical, but is only a 5 minute drive to RMNP and to downtown Estes Park. And there is a charming coffee shop that you can walk to that is on a little lake where you can feed ducks. We were so sad to leave!
We had a wonderful stay in Estes Park. The location of this home was perfect - we loved the views of the river and being able to walk along the path. Sue was very communicative and reached out with helpful info before and during our stay. The home is well-appointed and very convenient to both the town and RMNP. We would love to return someday for a longer visit!
This house was perfect. It had absolutely everything we needed. I've never stayed at a house that was so well stocked. Towels, paper goods, washer/dishwasher soap, etc was plentiful. There were even box fans in the closets if needed! The kitchen had everything I needed. The view of the river was amazing. We didn't want to go back home!
Absolutely stunning property and well cared for!
The Big Thompson River right out the back was so peaceful and hit the spot for us!
Sue, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. We will be back!
The house was so clean and beautiful, very accommodating! The view with those chairs looking out the windows was amazing. We got to see lots of elk walking along the river. Great location to everything. our favorite restaurant was at the Stanley Hotel. Bear lake was amazing! Downtown shopping was great!
We had a wonderful vacation. This Location is wonderful. Beautiful view. We enjoyed seeing deer, elk, the walking path, listening to the Thompson river. Drinking coffee on the deck was lovely. A+ location and wonderful, attentive manager. Cannot say enough positives. Would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. it is also stocked with everything you need from detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and more. The location is another perk. It is right on the river, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. It is also close to everything in Estes Park and RMNP. Finally, the house manager was super helpful with all of our questions and very friendly. We will definitely stay again next time we visit RMNP!
We had a family gathering to enjoy nature and each other's company before I start chemotherapy next week. The hours we spent beside the river, along the trails and in Rocky Mountain National Park are cherished memories. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the property manager is outstanding. The kitchen is well-stocked, too. Truly exceptional.
