    Mount Acoma 38 is a two-level, 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby Mary's Lake.

    The main floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath, as well as an expansive kitchen, dining and living area.

    Enjoy evenings next to the fireplace while watching movies on the flat-screen TV. Spend evenings on the private upper deck while taking in the mountain views.

    The lower level holds the master suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace and a private ensuite full bath with a jetted tub. The laundry area is on the lower level just down the hall.

    Experience the perfect mountain escape in any season—from refreshing central air in the summer to cozy nights by the fireplace. This condo is your ideal home away from home; book your stay today!

    The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

    Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

    What to be aware of:

    Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.

    Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.

    No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.

    No outside fires.

    Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

    Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

    Quiet time at 9pm.

    Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

    Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.

    Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

The room was clean and comfortable. Over all the condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to stretch out and do what we wanted. I would suggest adding tv reception to the downstairs suite as we were all adults and some of us wanted to go downstairs and watch tv. News and programming. Otherwise we loved our stay there. Would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed being away from the busyness of downtown on Labor Day weekend, while still being close with very easy access. Nice place. Clean and great views from the deck. The main floor is a little cramped, but it was comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying at Mount Acoma. The location was perfect to go to RMNP and central to shopping centers to pick up anything we needed. The condo was spacious and clean. The view of the lake was a nice touch. I can’t wait to come back.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. It came with 2 laundry pods and a small bag of drip coffee. The master bedroom was downstairs so it stayed nice and cool and the air conditioning worked great. The deck off of the kitchen had a nice exposure to where you could enjoy sunrise and sunset from the deck. The only downside was the small tv in the living room. Overall was a great stay!

Overall happy with the unit. Great location for visiting RMNP and Estes Park. Beautiful mountain views. Well-supplied kitchen. Main floor/living area very nice. Primary BR and bath on lower level are very spacious. Second BR and bath on main floor are tight (photos make BR look larger) - - but king bed very comfortable. Carpet on main floor and stairs going down need a good professional cleaning. Gas fireplace in main BR not working. TVs are hard to navigate - would be helpful if printed instructions were available.

The house was perfect for us and our 2 girls. The Master bedroom is big and roomy the other room with the queen bed is really tight, but they made do. Great place to stay!

Great views and location. Easy to get to every thing. We had our adult child come meet us in the mountains. Good space- bedroom and bath upstairs could be bigger but worked for us. Nice condo. Great communication from Skyrun. Overall very happy with our stay.

Was nice, some work is needed outside the door to the deck(main floor) and in the bathroom downstairs. The ceiling fan on the main floor doesn't work on medium speed, and gathering you turned off the fireplace downstairs as its doesn't work and we couldn't get the downstairs to warm up, maybe it is meant to be that way. If so, information would be helpful. Thank you.

We had a great time at The Peaks. This property was convenient to town and the Rocky Mountains. The pool is heated and makes for good entertainment. The views are amazing, we had elk travel through the yard which was awesome! The property was clean and easy to access, no difficulty with checking in or out. I am rating it overall 4 stars because the mattresses desperately need replaced-they are very hard. We were able to add a foam mattress pad found in the closet on the queen bed on the main level, but it was for a full size bed (possibly for the pull out couch mattress that is also very hard with metal springs) so we were unable to sleep with two people in the queen bed due to comfort and my husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch. Overall a great experience, just wish we had more comfortable sleeping arrangements. I would also recommend adding a pull out bed to the downstairs master for small children as there is plenty of room.

We have stayed at the Mary’s Lake condos four times in the past 18 months, and have truly enjoyed every stay! The properties are always clean and well-kept! Mount Acoma was wonderful. The huge bedroom in the basement was incredible! We absolutely loved our stay!

Loved our stay here, it was comfortable, clean and had a great view! It was well equipped with everything needed except maybe some throws in the living room to snuggle, and some directions for using the whirlpool and a list of TV channels. We would stay here again!
