The unique setup of this vacation rental offers guests the option to also rent the one-bedroom condo downstairs from this unit to have a full three-bedroom with the internal staircase that can be unlocked for guests that need the extra room. When rented alone, H2 will best accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. This unit has a sleeper sofa (only suitable for children.)

We loved this property. It has everything we needed for our family of 6 plus beautiful surroundings. It’s an easy drive to Estes Park Main Street, the grocery store, Rocky Mountain national park, and the YMCA. If we ever visit EP again, we’ll be staying here!
