We rented the place for five days to do some hiking and relaxation. The views were spectacular. The hot tub was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stacked. The only small complaint we had was no laundry detergent.
Perfect home for a relaxing family getaway! Close to nature but with all the comforts of home and the convenience of Estes Park. This great home was the perfect home base with everything we needed after spending the day enjoying the outdoors! The views were absolutely stunning! We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time staying in this house. It was a great location for access to Rocky Mountain NP and downtown Estes. The view of the mountains was amazing. Great access to close hiking trails, like the thumb trail. Great dishes and glassware. The kids loved having a big basement to themselves. I can't recommend it enough.
Wonderful home, great accommodations, central to every thing you will want to do. We. Hiked, biked, fly fished, shoped, and had an all around great time. We had deer and other wildlife all around the house. I highly recomend this home as a great place to stay.
Deceptively large home on a large lot. Easy check in process. Home is very clean and perfect for our young children and my parents. Lots of wildlife in the neighborhood on a quiet street.
Would definitely stay here again!
We had more than enough room for 5 adults and 3 children/ The kitchen had everything we could have needed for making meals at the house. Location was quiet, with access to all popular points of interest. Many elk came right thru the backyard and one even laid in the driveway. Gorgeous view for a bonfire out back.
This house was perfect for our stay in Estes Park. Clean, spacious, and nice size garage to park car in. We enjoyed spending time in the sunroom and on the back deck watching elk and deer roam the back yard. We were very thankful that fans were provided as we did not except the weather to be that warm. Great location close to the cute little town of Estes Park and is in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the scenery all around and great food!
Wife and I have been going to EP for years and generally a month at a time. This was our first trip with our oldest daughter, son in law, 17 yo grandson and 15 yo granddaughter. The house was perfect. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked out perfect. Several living areas and the hot tub was used each night! Overall, a very good option both accommodations, price and location. Highly recommend.
Well mentained property, great location with plenty of option for activities within short distance. Will definitely recommend for families who wants to spend some quality peaceful time in the mountains. We will be back.
Wonder if we left a key fob there for a Chevrolet. May have been in a upper bedroom dresser drawer?

I'll start with the pros - property is in a great location to visit RMNP, views are beautiful as stated in the description. The upstairs living area is nice and mostly well-maintained. Hot tub is very large and nice. As far as cons - I would only recommend staying in this location if there were 2 bedrooms needed (the upstairs bedrooms). The basement area smelled of wet dog, this was noted by every member staying with us (6 adults). After 3 days of staying in the property, a dead mouse also appeared in the basement hallway. This house is also managed by a rental company so getting ahold of anyone is a task. The management company does not reply to in-app messaging so you must call a number, who then has to forward your message on to another person who will call you back. By the time the management company had called to "investigate the smell" we had already been in the house for 24 hours. There are certainly positives to the property but for the amount of money, I think there are better alternatives.
