We loved the layout. 2 bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Perfect for our family, which included 2 kids under 2. Great views! Last day we saw at least 70 elk.
Weekend away was much needed - the house was the perfect getaway for our family and friends to enjoy the long weekend. The house was clean, as advertised and has everything we needed. Thank you for a great weekend.
This place is great for a group or family! We had a great time and the home was exactly what we needed the kitchen is well stocked with everything we need to cook. The beds were very comfortable.
Super close to National Park entrance and food options. Great layout of home, plenty of options to hang out and watch a movie, spend time outside or cook something. Would stay again without question.
This was the perfect home for 3 generations to gather. The home was clean and inviting. The views were beautiful and the spacious back yard allowed for a private atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.
The property is cozy and quiet. Perfect for a family get away. It is close to downtown and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend.
We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was close to town and restaurants. The hot tub was a nice amenity after our long day of hiking in the Rocky Mnt. National Forest. I definitely would recommend staying here.
This property is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family of 8 ranging in age from 2 years to 67! Gave us room to congregate, but also to have privacy. Beautiful home and backyard is connected to woods where we saw wildlife on a daily basis, ranging from turkey to, mule deer to elk. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay at this home again.
The house was impeccable and even decorated for the holidays! The owner stocked snacks and all necessities for our stay. The kitchen was outfitted better than most houses we rent. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family friends and even had a snow covered holiday. It was an amazing vacation and my kids had an incredible first trip to Colorado.
This is a roomy property that is clean and comfortable. Had a couple issues when we arrived but made contact with manager(Karine) and problems were resolved rapidly.
House is simple, but comfy. Needed to use the house fan to cool it off but that was easy enough. Great location if you have a car to get into town. Road it is on is a bit busy but overall very comfy. Thanks
This house was just perfect for our group. I'm 64 and took my mom and her friend to CO for their first time. My mom wanted to see where 2 if her grandsons live. The location is perfect. The house has wonderful views and is quite roomy. Upon our arrival, we felt at home. The house was generously stocked and very clean.
With Estes Park having received over 20" of snow the day before, our host went above and beyond with communication and efforts to get the driveway and front walk cleared so we could check in on time! Beautiful property and home with an oversized dining room table with great views, perfect for communal meals and gaming. Hot tub was delightfully toasty! Host was generous with our check out time too - an altogether excellent stay!
We had a great house, didn't want for anything! Response time for a minor problem was quick and very helpful.
I would agree with previous comments about having a baby gate available, the stairs are right in the middle of things. Hot tub is fabulous!
We stayed a few nights in September to catch the elk bugeling, beautiful fall colors, and create more family memories in Estes. We live in CO but its such a beautiful place to get to spend time as a family and thus place made it easy to get to RMNP for hikes and downtown Estes for shopping/food. This rental also had all needed amenities (but bring coffee filters if you plan to brew coffee there!) to eat and cook there which was also much appreciated. The hot tub was just icing on the cake and we enjoyed looking at the stars every night after a long day of hiking. Thanks so much
We utilized this house for a stay-cation and absolutely loved it! We six women were able to all sit in the livingroom together to visit and watch a movie. The dining room table was big enough for at least 8 people. The hot tub was so fun after it snowed. We saw deer and turkeys daily on the property. A very nice property.
