Elk Run Retreat is appointed with modern mountain decor and every comfort you might need. Our open-concept space is perfect for family fun and relaxation. From the cozy living area with ample seating, you can access the kitchen or master bedroom with ease.

This condo is just as advertised, easy walk to downtown, well laid out and communication with hosts were answered quickly. Very close to Rocky Mountain Park entrance and on some mornings even had elk in our front yard. Kitchen is well stocked and layout was perfect for us.

Great place for our family of 7. Great location.

Great place for our family. Close to RMNP and walking distance to many things in Estes Park. During our stay we just walked across the street to 2 breweries and the Estes Park Aerial Tram. Property was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Property is on the ground floor and single story. Excellent communication with host. Will definitely be coming back again!

Whisky Warm-up

Needed a place to stay with some friends near downtown for an event. This place was nice, clean and a very easy walk to the event and other downtown attractions, we never moved our car during our stay.

Fun Estes Park stay

We enjoyed our time in Estes Park and RMNP. The condo made a good hub for us and we were happy to relax there at the end of busy hiking days. Everything needed for a relaxing stay was provided. We especially enjoyed the elk herd that visited us on our first night!

Best memories made here every year

I think we have stayed here at least 4 times now and everytime is better and better. The condo is extremely clean and updated with appliances and furniture. So comfortable and so close to downtown.

Perfect place!

Excellent place to stay! Handicap friendly master bedroom/bathroom. Fully loaded with all the things needed for a worry-free stay. Elk in the yard one morning gave this property a true Estes Park feel. Located close to RMNP entrance, close to downtown, close to entertainment. Loved staying here!

2024 Rocky Mountain National Park Trip

We hiked beautiful trails for five days with adult kids. We came many times when they were young and camped in park. This year, we treated ourselves with a VRBO in Estes Park. VRBO was conveniently located and very nice!

Comfortable condo Great location

We were in town for a few days to visit friends and this condo proved to be perfect. Easy to walk to town, and only 1.5 miles from our friends! We found the accommodations clean and comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, and Jordanne, easy to communicate with. As an added bonus, for this time of the year, the condo was nicely decorated for the holidays! We will definitely keep this condo on our list for future visits.

Perfect Condo for exploring Estes

1st Vacation with Grandson

My first time staying at a VRBO, but will not be my last! Everything was excellent. Property had everything we needed, even for a 14-month-old. Very clean, very modern and all the conveniences of home.

Wonderful accommodation!

This is our 4th visit to Estes Park, and this was the best rental to date. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. It was quiet. It was so nice to be able to walk to town. The entrance to the PRk was close too. The communication with the hosts was great - prompt and thorough. We hope to return to this rental!

Extremely nice stay

5 star all the way. The property was better than expected - very comfortable and homey feel. It was very clean; the beds were comfortable; and the kitchen had every appliance and utensil that anyone would need. We especially liked sitting on the front porch enjoying the perfect fall weather. We also saw a herd of elk one night passing on the other side of the street. It was a great 3 days.

Our new favorite new home away from home!

This VRBO unit was wonderful. We loved this place and the owners are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The unit was very clean, up-to-date, and enough room for 7 adults. The easy entrance for elderly folks was perfect for our moms. We visit Estes Park every Fall for a girl's weekend. We all agreed this is our new favorite place to stay and we will definitely be coming back next Fall! Such a warm and welcoming place to stay. Thank you to the owners! You made our trip so fun and easy.

Quick bacation

Very nice clean property close to downtown Estes. Many shops and restaurants. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Beautiful area with wildlife randomly in neighborhoods even. The only drawback this time around was all of the construction being done in the area. Otherwise, great time. Great place!

Great visit again. We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable. the beds were also comfortable. Really had tourble with the TV in figuring out how to get just live TV. Left it up to my wife and her sister as I hade no desire to watch TV on my vacation. Really does need better instructions.

Amazing & Peaceful

Elk Run sure lives up to it's name. Elk were right outside the door just about every day we were there. The location is great, close to downtown, and multiple ways to get to the property when traffic is bad. The place felt like home and we couldn't have had a better time. It has everything you need and is decorated perfectly. The ADA features were also much appreciated for one of our family members. We've stayed quite a few places in Estes Park, and this is one of the best! Next time I won't have to hunt around, I'll be booking this house again.

Perfect Estes and RMNP Getaway

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property with my in-laws. The place was very clean and it was very apparent the owners put so much thought into every little detail. It is within easy walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Estes Park, and it also a very short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. We spent hours playing games around the table (we brought our own but there is a cabinet full of games at the property), and found the kitchen very well-equipped to make breakfast one morning. The hosts are very communicative and helpful - they have an entire binder of suggested things to do and see. We loved both their recommendations for breakfast and dinner. Overall, it was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this spot!
