Cozy Cabin in Downtown Estes Park

Located in the heart of downtown Estes Park, Colorado, this 1 bedroom cabin has a full kitchen with basic kitchen supplies, washer and dryer, and broadband internet. A queen size bed in the bedroom provides sleeping for up to 2 adults. Have small children? There is room in the cabin for an air mattress if needed. A fenced in patio, seating area, and dog run provides extra comfort for everyone. The plaza is just steps away; enjoy Christmas lights from the living room. Stroll along the riverwalk, grab a coffee or ice cream, shop, visit a local brewery, winery or distillery, or enjoy a concert in Bond Park, just a short walk away. Have a bigger party? We have also have a 2 bedroom cabin right next door.

The downtown construction from 2022 - 2024 has been completed.

Parking: dedicated free parking for one vehicle directly in front of the cabin.

PETS: We are happy to accept your dog(s) with an additional $100 pet fee per stay. If you allow your dog(s) on the furniture, please use the provided blanket to cover it.

We loved being downtown and close to the park, having all the conveniences of home, and our dogs being allowed to stay with us. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and the hosts were so good and communicated regularly with us. We hope to stay again!

Cozy Cabin Getaway

This is a great cabin with great views and all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants on the Main Street made it even better. Overall a wonderful trip for our family!

Great Property

Very nice and clean property. The location was perfect for spending time in the downtown area close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The property host we very responsive and have a great binder with instructions and lists of shops, restaurants, and things to do in the area which was helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

My 2 night stay at the Cabins was wonderful. Cabin 'B' is much larger than the pictures portray. Plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 dogs. Also the fenced yard was great for the pups. Kitchen was well stocked. Most importantly, we enjoyed the cabin's rustic charm.

Amazing location!

I had a wonderful stay in the Cozy Cabin. It was clean, cozy, and well stocked. My favorite parts were plenty of room in the bedroom for morning yoga and everything was in walking distance. I only used my car for the RMNP! And my pup loved the dog run. The hosts were great communicators without being intrusive. Would definitely stay again!

Just Lovely!

We loved this cabin! It was bigger than expected and perfect for two of us and our two dogs. The fenced patio area was very helpful with the dogs. I was able to work all week on the wifi provided and that rarely works for us. We would definitely come back! The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

They thought of everything!

I just spent a few days enjoying the national park, and this cabin could not have been more perfect. Patti and Mike added all the little “extras” to make the stay even more special! The cabin is conveniently located within easy walking distance of downtown Estes Park’s restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property!

February Break

My son and our two small pups were on February break from school - with a mission to visit Rocky Mt National Park.The home was just as pictured and described. Super close to Estes Park shopping, and entrance to RM National park. The fenced dog run sealed the deal for us - and of course proximity to all the fun and action was an extra plus.Owners are super responsive. Home is accurately rated 5- stars!

Great Stay

We loved the location of this place. We were able to walk (or drive) from our place to downtown for a walk, coffee, dinner, lunch and shopping. The appliances were all newer, well maintained and clean. The place was larger than the pictures would lead one to believe. We’ll come and stay again!

Wonderful!

Patti and Mike were awesome hosts. They messaged regularly with activities going on around town. We were there over the 4th of July, so the town was buzzing. This is the perfect location. Right on the riverwalk. A minutes walk to plenty of restaurants and shops, but still a quiet location. Very pet friendly for our little dog. We will definitely be coming back.

September stay

I don’t have enough good things to say about staying here. Location was great, everything was walking distance but far enough away that it wasn’t overwhelming with noise and people. The hosts were great as well, they had great response time and weren’t overbearing. There was construction out front the whole time but even that didn’t bother us and they provided amenities to help with construction noises. We come once a year and would love to stay here again!

Wonderful weekend in Estes

Great property and a perfect location to both enjoy walking to the shops and restaurants in town, and to easily drive over to RMNP and elsewhere. My parents stayed in this house while we stayed in the home next door (same owner) and it was perfect. The kids loved running next door to see our parents, and they enjoyed the ability to have a little peace and quiet! Large living room, kitchen and bedroom. Nice baseboard heat the for the chilly fall nights, making it super cozy. Communication with the hosts was prompt and great! They also have lots of resources for local attractions in case you wanted ideas of what to do!

NYE Weekend Getaway

This cabin is in a perfect location! A nice easy stroll to the historic Estes shops, right along the mountain side for a cozy private feel, and has a private parking space for ease of access. The cabin itself is so spacious and home-y and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home away from home. It is obvious that the hosts have put a lot of thought into the amenities - from an electric fireplace, exceptional wifi, a laptop to stream from (with a great tv), washer and dryer, a pack-n-play, shoe weather tray, fully stocked guest binder with Estes Park details and recommendations, an LED light bathroom mirror, and the list goes on! With the ease of booking, excellent communication, and reasonably flexible and simple check in/check out, we cannot wait to stay here again! Thank you Patti and Mike for all of your accommodations during our stay!

Fabulous cabin very close to all amenities

The cabin was very clean and spacious and walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Estes Park. We brought our 2 medium sized dogs and the bedroom had more than ample space for the 2 crates we brought for when the dogs weren't with us. The location was walking distance to the path around Lake Estes and a lovely dog park. We were able to walk to any restaurant and the main downtown streets to see all of the tourist shops (and buy all of the ice cream). The owners of the property were very responsive, helpful, and included a binder of everything you needed to know about the cabin and the surrounding areas . They also provided several blankets/towels for dog use. My husband (being an engineer) loved all of the helpful notes around the cabin (eg what to flush, why the water heater made noise, what to put down the drain etc) and is now considering adding helpful notes to our own house. The only FYI for people with dogs is that they do not want dogs on the furniture (which it is nice furniture so I totally understand why) so if you have dogs that rule the household with iron paws, be aware and prepare to defend the cushions. We had a very lovely time and would definitely stay at the cabin again.

Cozy, Quaint & Comfortable!

Absolutely loved this cabin. It is a little dated, but I think that does ad to the charm of it. So very comfortable and cozy, I did not want to leave. Beautiful big comfortable bedroom with windows high over the bed overlooking the mountains. Very comfortable living room with electric fireplace. The kitchen was not very large but big enough to make a small meal and enjoy there. Everything we could have needed was available for our use. Great having a full size washer and dryer also. This was not my first choice for my rental but I am so happy this is where I wound up! I just loved the feel of this cabin and location was absolutely perfect. Just a 2 minute walk from the door and we were in the heart of Estes Park which is one of the most beautiful little towns I have ever seen. Its all walkable but if you did not want to walk there is a free trolly that stops just feet from the cabin. We even saw wildlife right outside the cabin in the evenings and mornings. Drive to RMNP entrance was just a few minutes. If I ever get back to Estes Park, and I hope to one day, this would 100% be where I would stay. Thank you Patti & Mike for opening up your beautiful cabin to us. Hope to return soon!
