Lovingly restored and thoroughly enjoyed by our own family and friends since 2015, we are happy to share this very special Estes Park cabin with other Rocky Mountain loving families.
Turn back the clock and enjoy our 1906 vintage Estes Park cabin on 1.5 acres. Great room with old time wavy glass divided light windows, spacious living room & dining space that includes a cozy wood burning fireplace. Renovated down to the studs barnwood kitchen, bathroom and mud/laundry room. Three bedrooms with comfortable sleeping for six.
Fantastic outdoor space with loads of peace and quiet, great wooded lot and Continental Divide views! Covered porch and patio space. Walking distance to all that downtown Estes Park has to offer! Quaint, charming, "old Estes" summer cabin lovingly restored!
This is the real deal one of kind vintage property!
We manage our own rentals and live just a few miles away... readily available to assist you with your stay!
Please be aware that like most homes in Estes Park this 120 year old cabin does not have air conditioning... however the old cabin is amazingly cool in the summer months! ....leading us to believe that they knew what they were doing in 1906 : )

We were blown away by what the owners have created there in Estes Park. Not only is this in an amazing location for access to Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Estes Park, but it also feels like an oasis away from both. And the cabin maintains its true, historic charm while providing very modern accommodations. The hosts were exceptional and we look forward to making a return trip some day soon.
Excellent hosts. They go out of their way to accommodate. Excellent property. This is our 3rd time staying there. Excellent outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors and wildlife while spending time with family. Highly recommend.
Loved our stay in this cozy cabin. Loved the old feel but newer amenities and plenty of room. The location and views of the mountains and wildlife were wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing this piece of paradise with us.
Beautiful home. So glad we were able to stay. Wonderful hosts with great suggestions. So many amenities in home and close by. So lucky to be able to stay here. Hope to return one day soon.
Great location, near entrance of RMNP. Great authentic cabin feel and abundant wildlife! Sat on back patio as the Elk strolled through the yard in the evening and visited in the morning! The host Sue was very helpful and attentive. Thanks for a great , memorable trip!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cabin. The porch was a treat with a beautiful front yard full of nature and was very clean. It is located conveniently near the RMNP entrance. The owner, Sue, was very thoughtful and easy to reach. We would definitely recommend to family/friends and would stay again upon a return to RMNP.
Great location to all activities in Estes Park. Peaceful location. Perfect outdoor patio for drinks or morning coffee. Deer in the yard one morning and lots of birds and chipmunks. Would definitely recommend.
One of our best experiences with a VRBO. The home was so charming, updated and had everything we needed. Location was beautiful with amazing views, wildlife and peacefulness. Close to RMNP and town. Hosts were so helpful and gracious. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here. I would highly recommend this home, we loved it!
We enjoyed our stay and loved the location! It was close to town, grocery store, restaurants, and park. Beds were comfortable with nice linens and quilts. The kitchen was well-appointed and very spacious. Cleanliness is a top priority and this cabin exceeded our expectations. The outdoor seating area was our favorite place to relax after a day of hiking in the park. We received fast responses from the owner and was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!
The cabin was amazing! Very much like the description. This cabin was the perfect place to stay for an experience in the mountains. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated. The landscaping was wonderful. The kids absolutely loved the property. Everything was just wonderful!
Very quiet and peaceful, perfect after full days in the NP. Close to NP and downtown Estes Park, but not around high traffic roads. Very comfortable home with desired amenities. We will return here before going back to a resort we have frequented when visiting Estes/NP. Hostesses are very easy to contact and speak to. We had a wonderful stay; thank you!!
We had an amazing time at this wonderful home. The location was perfect; really close to town & the National Park entrance. The owner, Sue, was very accommodating in answering all our questions & giving us ideas on where to eat & hike. And the house was perfect - we loved the rustic mountainy cabin look & feel & we had wonderful outdoor spaces to sit & enjoy the sunshine & the stars. (The pictures don't do it justice). Four sisters staying in a home with one shower made us a little nervous, but there was plenty of hot water (they must have a tankless hot water heater) so one shower was no problem. It was clean, well stocked, & we LOVED it. It really is a great place to stay &10/10 we would stay here again. If you are going to Rocky Mountain National Park, we highly recommend this home!
This cabin and its owners, Sue and Mark, are absolutely wonderful! From the communication to the cleanliness to the thoughtful tips, tricks, and items in the house, I cannot recommend them enough! This home is right outside of Rocky Mountain National Park and super close to town. It is fully equipped with all you need if you bring your kids. My three (9, 6, and 4) fully enjoyed exploring the property and playing with the toys. Sue is local and can provide you with any information you need! I could go on and on. Truly, this is a gem of a place and you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much, Sue and Mark, for sharing your special cabin with us!
Warm and welcoming historic cabin very close to all things Estes Park. The outside seating area gives great views and a perfect place to relax and reflect on the surrounding beauty and wildlife.
Lovely restored cabin with modern kitchen & bathroom. Multiple outdoor spaces to gather as well. Quiet neighborhood. However, floorboards creaked with every step.
My husband and I had a great time at this charming cabin, with its cozy and relaxing atmosphere, excellent location and privacy. We enjoyed the nice kitchen, bath and laundry, outdoor area - everything. Some family members who were staying elsewhere in Estes came by to see us and thought the cabin was great also! We have stayed at 26 other places in Estes during our last 16 visits there and to RMNP, and this cabin is one of our very favorites!! We hope to return next year! Thanks to Sue who was a lovely and thoughtful hostess and great at promptly communicating with us and answering any questions!
Beautifully maintained cabin in great location between downtown Estes Park and RMNP. We loved hanging out on the porch looking for wildlife after a long day hiking. Super clean and with everything you'd need. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.
