L'ANNEXE, a charming vacation home in Champagne

L'Annexe is a holiday rental for 6 people with an “industrial-style” decor.<br>Completely private and fenced-in, it offers high-end amenities to help you make the most of your stay.<br>L'Annexe includes access to the indoor pool, heated to 28° year-round. <br>It is located near the cottage but remains separate.Shared access with the Gîte de Viviers but EXCLUSIVE during the day according to set hours to comply with health regulations: from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a choice of 2-hour time slots (on an alternating basis: guests from the two cottages are not together at the pool at the same time).<br>Rules for access to the pool area must be signed upon arrival at the holiday rental<br>Its 3 bedrooms, spread over 2 floors, are all equipped with a double bed (160 x 200) and each has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.<br>Open-concept space on the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, sink, living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player, and dining room with large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace.<br>Playroom for children with a unique playhouse...
