"The bungalow wasn't clean,mop or disinfected. Kitchen dirty, ants, dirty floors, fixtures in bathroom needs replacing, had to use a cup to take a shower because it didn't work. Dirty pullout sofa bed and insects. Dirty furniture just horrible experience."
