This is a beautiful hotel, small, intimate, characterful with lovely furnishings. The pool is a great size for lengths, and the beach very close by. I would return here gladly, at any time, but for one problem: the food is terrible. The menu is huge but most of the dishes (including for example all the pizzas )unavailable. No Tunisian specialities. A big disappointment. The wine list needs ABV indications eg 11%, 12%, 13%, to avoid hit and miss! Such a disappointment as otherwise a wonderful place.

Generally helpful staff can help provide assistance to make up for the staff - the bar comes to mind - who stay busy disappearing into back rooms to avoid the guests. But the helpful staff members well make up for their more elevated colleagues.

"The Hotel & staff are well worth the money. All inclusive, breakfast, lunch & evening meal & alcoholic beverages for just £35 a night. The problem is not the hotel, the problem is Djerba, it’s an absolute pile of FAECES! (Sh-it Ho-le! Nothing to do, it’s dirty with litter everywhere. Beach is dirty ..."
