"I would stay here again in a heart beat. I am a female traveling by myself and I don’t speak French. This hotel is across the street from the train station. My room was spotless, the pillows were great, linens thick, coffee machine in the lobby available 24/7. Water dispenser to fill up my water bottle. Water tasted great. The front desk people spoke fluent English and were warm and inviting and helpful. 10/10."

"I had an issue with the metro line shut down in Paris and ended up missing my train south. I contacted the hotel and they said they could give me a discount on another night instead but when I got there a few days later they didn’t honor that promise. They just gave me free breakfast. And the breakfast was not very impressive. The location is great and Toulouse is a nice city, but I would suggest staying somewhere else more honorable "
